We had used C&J catering for our wedding this past June at Historic Ashland. When we first booked our venue, C&J catering was on their "preferred vendors" list. Neither my husband or myself, or any of our family is from PA to really know who are the "good" caterers - we were just going off what was referred to us. At first, C&J was very nice to work with.
