southwest wrap was supposed to come with breakfast potatoes but they “forgot” it. I came back, after eating half the wrap still not biting into a potato, to ask for a refund and they said they couldn’t refund me but instead gave me wedge potato fries. I paid for what I saw on the menu. Not part of it. Next time give me everything you’re offering. Although there will never be a next time for me. Zero stars. I wish I would have seen the already terrible reviews before coming. I just came here out of convenience but would have avoided if I knew.

This was the only place open for food when we arrived at the airport. $77 for two drinks and two quesadillas (with no side!). The bartender was rude and dismissive. He didn't even apologize when he overcharged us for a drink; he could barely be bothered to fix it. Can't say I recommend.

Cheri was my server and she was terrific. As soon as I arrived, she took my drink order. The French dip sandwich had great flavor with plenty of beef, the au jus was flavorful, and the horseradish spread took it over the top.
The prices weren't terrible considering that they have a captive audience.
I would recommend this cafe while waiting at the airport. A bright spot and friendly service while waiting for your flight.

I feel like this is a reliable spot to eat, but not noteworthy by any means. The food is okay, service is okay but rushed, and atmosphere is pretty nice. Food isn’t too horribly priced for being in an airport, but don’t think it’s necessarily quality reflecting in the cost. The view of the mountains is pretty though.

Manager refused our vouchers while flight was delayed
All frozen microwaved food for a premiem. Disgrace even being at the airport charging their prices. Nachos being just nachos didn't even have any layer of cheese other than the top. Stay far away from this place. Reason why the place was us and all workers sitting next to us at the tables. Beer was cold though

Not a lot of options in the airport & every time I’ve had to come here the staff has been rude.

Surprisingly great airport spot! Crafted serves up quality food (the Crafted Chicken Quesadilla was a standout) and solid local beer options in a clean, modern setting.
What really made the visit was the service—Boris was friendly, fast, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole experience feel way more relaxed than your usual airport rush. If you’re flying through MDT, it’s worth a stop—especially if Boris is working.

Boris made my experience totally negative. Boris has an arrogance that is contrary to our USA expectations. Sis was phenomenal and my five stars for service are for her. Based on Boris’ attitude and appearance his personable issue will not be resolved by his leaders. We use this airport a lot but will have to recommend against Capital as a go to eatery at this airport and point folks to Phillips who’s bartender is equally nice to Sis and the management is much better.

We made a mistake on our flight and ended up stuck in the airport all day. We had the pleasure of spending our day with Anthony behind the bar! He was a true delight and provided phenomenal service.

I came into the cafe at 6:50 pm and the website states they are open until 8:00. The waitress stated that would be closing early at 7:30 and I could order food but nothing to drink. She said she doesn’t write the rules she just follows them. The manager’s name is Michelle and she left early so there was no one to share my disappointment with. Terrible attitude on top of it all.
$20 dollars shot of Tito’s? Give me a break!

Mediocre at best. Food is horrible and overpriced for quality that ranks way below an amusement park or movie theater. (no offense) $16 nachos with $2.50 for add guacamole had Velveeta cheese, lukewarm, a few sprinkles of canned jalapeno, olive and a few dried out green onions. They need to open a better restaurant here. It really downgrades the terminal...
Breakfast ends at 9am and menu is very small for a sit down restaurant.
