Drive thru is quick, but needs to improve efficiency. They always neglect to put napkins in the bag. Also, the app needs to include a way to put ketchup on a sandwich.

I pretty much go for coffee and utilize mobile pick up, occasionally going into store to order. Have had no problems with staff. They have been courteous and friendly. Service overall has been good. Coffee has been solid.

I purchased 3 blueberry muffins yesterday morning. I kept them tightly closed in the bag. They are inedible! Hard as a rock. They were rocks yesterday when I got them home. Do not waste your money here!

The store started off on the right foot as a franchise, unfortunate. Ordered a bag of coffee, employee was rude, and dismissive. Barely would communicate that they didnt have the item I purchased. Since I did it on a mobile order, I had to go through customer service for a refund. This whole thing became an issue; with me getting an email from the franchisee to come to the store. Where for whatever reason, the employees again denied me a refund. Never again, go somewhere else.

Staff is rude and seems annoyed 24/7. No manners. Donuts seem to be always sold out, especially with their sprinkles and glaze. Every other donut place, Dunkin or not, has that stuff. But every day, every moment of the day, you're sold out? More like don't want to work, given the workers are always on their phones. Do not recommend this location.

I was super happy when they opened up in Middletown and I was going here about 3 times a week for morning coffee. Half the time the drive thru takes forever, but they are conveniently located near my house and work.

Last month I went in the morning and spent about $25 for coffee, another drink, and breakfast for me and my husband. They gave me the wrong coffee and I didn’t notice it until later as I was saving the coffee for the afternoon. I was just going to drink it, but it was so sugary sweet I just couldn’t. I went back later after I got off work to see if they could give me the correct drink, if I’m spending $6 for a drink I expect to get the right one. A girl named Cheyenne is who I spoke to and she was so incredibly rude, she said she couldn’t believe I brought the drink back and asked for a new one hours later (ma’am I work too and can’t just leave to take care of a coffee issue). I asked to speak to a manager and she said one wasn’t there. I just turned around, threw out the drink, and left. Then as I left she very loudly spoke to a coworker saying rude things about me.

I understand that mistakes happen and I understand that maybe they couldn’t do anything, but what I’m super unhappy about is the horrible way she spoke to me. It was horrible customer service! When I asked for a manager she didn’t offer to have one reach out to me or anything. She just immediately was rude and raised her voice at me.

After I left I reported the issue on the app as a problem. No one ever got back to me or reached out. Again this is horrible customer service!

I manage a small business with 40+
employees and one of my biggest priorities is customer service. I was shocked and upset that this girl felt she could speak to a customer that way, again even if she couldn’t have personally helped me she could have offered a temporary solution and connect me with a manager.

I haven’t been back to this Dunkin again, I go out of my way to go to locations further away which always treat me with kindness and respect.

Showed up about 15 minutes before closing time and they already had the doors locked. Blue haired lady had her face in her phone and coworker walked up to her looked up at us and started laughing as we tried to open the door. Horrible service for a fairly new location.

Using way too much cream lately! To the point where majority of the coffee is cream. I started selecting “1” for creamer on order ahead and still, tooooo much cream. Your iced coffees used to be made perfectly, now not so much!
