Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.
I'm not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! 😭 That absolutely made my day !!! He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you!!

Shame on Dunkin’ for letting one of their stores become the worst one in the country. This place started with no one coming to the counter. Then a worker was walking past us behind the counter and did not look up or greet us. They just walked by. I called out and asked for help. They still did not turn to look at us, mumbled something while walking quickly by us. All while wearing their Apple AirPods. Then another person came, no greeting, no smile. They both seemed sad and poorly trained. Plus, the donuts were terrible. I get Dunkin Donuts in Atlanta Georgia and they’re pretty good. Here, it seems like different ingredients and standards. The donuts tasted old dry and awful. Definitely makes me look at their brand with caution. Too many alternatives in today’s world.

Tried to get the $6 breakfast combo sandwhich but only offered with bacon and coffee. Added sausage and oj, so went to $10. Not too bad. Overall, it's good.

I had a 6:15 flight and was so happy to see Dunkin was open by 5:00. I got an iced latte and a donut and this is definitely one of the best lattes i’ve ever had from any dunkin location.

the guy working this morning was incredible and managed a consistent line of 15+ people with ease, ALL BY HIMSELF! literally. I was completely shocked that dunkin would only have one worker during a monday morning, heavy commute time?? I think it’s a bit irresponsible and unfair to the very hardworking worker that was there, even though he was great

Worst Dunkin crew in existence. My dog only has three legs and he still moves quicker than any of the zombies that work at this place. Took them more than 25 minutes to make a bagel egg and cheese. I don’t know the exact time because I had to board my flight.

I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant that was okay. I ask the young lady if she could warm up the sugar donut for me cause it was cold and she told me she couldn’t do it. Poor service will not come here again. First and last time.

Chai latte is all I ordered, and it was better than a lot of other Dunkins..? I think it’s from the staff. The gentlemen working (second time I’ve been here and he’s working alone) does a great job to ensure quality of items ordered rather than rushing through to get it done. Much appreciated.

Website has 5am opening. 5th time I have been here at 5am for a 6:30 flight. Never open at 5am. Sometimes 5:15, sometimes 5:20. Today staff just informed me they will open at 6am.

In this place I had an unfortunate assistant, I ordered a medium coffee, the lady filled the glass too much and did not cover it correctly and when I held it all the coffee spilled on me, I had first degree burns and the employees of the place did not even deign to help me. or asking if he was okay he was so sorry that companies do not train their staff to provide help in accidents like this
