I only hit the drive thru and if you get there at the right moment you can get in and out in less than 10 minutes.
The only other thing is the salt. It's hit or miss as to whether you are going to need a gallon of water to rehydrate. Though that's a big deal it's not a deal breaker since it's not a constant but notable.
The workers were incompetent. They asked me to repeat my order to them several times after I paid for it and then they only gave me one of the items I ordered. I called them out on it right away. The girl touched my fries with her bare hands. They sent me to wait for my order, and after sometime someone brought my order to me and grumbled here you go. A little friendliness and customer service would go a long way. Avoid going here if possible.

So far I’ve been sitting in this drive-through for 19 minutes and I only ordered a drink and two wraps. Two cars have left and this is crazy. They already have my money so I cannot leave not happy at all.!!!!!!!!!

The manager at this location goes above and beyond to ensure a good experience! All employees are very kind, especially the lady who took my order at the front counter. Their snack wraps rival what McDonald’s used to have
The manager helped me with the app. I received a free bacon egg and cheese biscuit for free. The cashier was also very nice and friendly. First time I felt Welcome somewhere since I got to this state.

All the breakfast places were closed on Tuesday but not Hardee's. The bacon was a bit anemic and eggs are eggs. Potatoes were nice and crispy. I've had better coffee but I have had worse as well.
I’m a DoorDasher and at this location right now. The staff are amazing. Whoever cleaned the women’s bathroom went above and beyond. I’ve never used a fast food restroom with a bathroom that clean and smelled good. Wonderful job to the staff working today they deserve raises. Very professional and kind to customers. The ladies at the front greeted every customer with a smile. Names of the staff are Rebecca, Journee, and Andrew. I would recommend this location to family and friends. Great job!!

Stopped here for food quite a bit. Today 9/25/24 came in for breakfast and the register Lady was picking her fingers and wiping her nose. Then helping get for ready without washing her hands. No eye contact and not good morning or thank you. Very unprofessional. Then started to cont her draw. I hope she gets better. Sad I like this Hardee’s.

The dining room was clean. It is also Brite because of the large windows. The food was OK for fast food. The service was slow and chaotic. It seeded to lack a "flow" or "system" for efficiency. To many of the employees seemed to be walking around like they didn't know what their next step should be. However, my Super Star burger was hot and fresh when I received it. I am probably too hard on fast food places, and I don't eat at them very often. Like I said above, it was just OK.
