The grilled cheese burger is such a rip off. Simply putting extra and different kinds of cheese on without melting it gooey is not a grilled cheese burger. Super disappointing

This particular Hardee's has not been open before 6:30 am for the past 2 weeks. I'm new to this town and I can never get served here. The one occasion I was served here my simple order was wrong. Sausage egg and cheese biscuit was given to me with no cheese after I waited so long to receive it. Today it is 7:37 am on the 30th of August and they are not open. I went to the drive through and the person inside spoke through the mic and said they are not open. This is the second time this day they've told me this. Once at 6:15 am. I hope the service here gets better. I am a fan of the breakfast food from Hardee's. This particular one isn't on my fan list so far. Thank you.

I only hit the drive thru and if you get there at the right moment you can get in and out in less than 10 minutes.
The only other thing is the salt. It's hit or miss as to whether you are going to need a gallon of water to rehydrate. Though that's a big deal it's not a deal breaker since it's not a constant but notable.
The workers were incompetent. They asked me to repeat my order to them several times after I paid for it and then they only gave me one of the items I ordered. I called them out on it right away. The girl touched my fries with her bare hands. They sent me to wait for my order, and after sometime someone brought my order to me and grumbled here you go. A little friendliness and customer service would go a long way. Avoid going here if possible.

So far I’ve been sitting in this drive-through for 19 minutes and I only ordered a drink and two wraps. Two cars have left and this is crazy. They already have my money so I cannot leave not happy at all.!!!!!!!!!
We waited almost thirty minutes for food. 30 some odd dollars for two sandwich meals and a frosty thing. Not really worth it. The lunch area was packed full of people waiting for food.

The manager at this location goes above and beyond to ensure a good experience! All employees are very kind, especially the lady who took my order at the front counter. Their snack wraps rival what McDonald’s used to have
The manager helped me with the app. I received a free bacon egg and cheese biscuit for free. The cashier was also very nice and friendly. First time I felt Welcome somewhere since I got to this state.

All the breakfast places were closed on Tuesday but not Hardee's. The bacon was a bit anemic and eggs are eggs. Potatoes were nice and crispy. I've had better coffee but I have had worse as well.
