They are a family owned restaurant and we stopped by one night after a chess tournament ended late and they were already closing up, but the owner still let us in and made yummy Chinese food for us when everything else was closed, so for that service they get 5* for going above and beyond. Their dumplings and shrimp lo mein were really well made and delicious. The pork fried rice was decent.

Terrible If i can give zero i will do that. this is my second time i stop to eat rice chicken and shrimps i cant believe they put only 3 shrimps, and 4 small pieces of chicken wtfff. Both times happen same. Never ever again

No stars would be more appropriate. I called in an order,spoke to a person.. not online. I spoke with a woman and gave her a 44 dollar order. Then I get two phone calls from them. I tried to grab the phone, but it only rang twice each time. No messages. So I called them. An automated recording saying they're closed. I think ok.. so they put that on by mistake.Maybe they called me to say the order was ready and to ask if I was on my way. I drive to the restaurant. It's dark,no lights,door locked. A sign on the door stating they are closed due to an important event. This is the second time I went to Lans Wok only to see this same handwritten sign on the door. A couple tips for the management. If someone calls in an order and you have an emergency, LEAVE A MESSAGE! If you're not going to be open during your posted business hours,expect to lose business. If you're not dependable and won't be able to serve customers, sell the place to a reputable restaurantaur who wants to run a business. At any rate,I won't be wasting my time with your establishment again.

Decent customer service atmosphere was ok and small, the food on the other hand was a atrocity, ordered the bourbon chicken, chicken had a weird texture, super dry and looked partially uncooked, the taste was questionable and as result the dish could not be finished, rice was ok and egg roll was dry.
