Highly organized drive through designed to move customers along quickly, but can't overcome idiot customers. Guy ahead of me so eager to chat up the order taker and then at the pay window, the line was clear ahead of him before he finished ordering. The line behind him (& lucky me) was into the parking area & into double digits. Staff was friendly and efficient despite the slow customer. Food was good as expected, will definitely be back to this easy off > easy back on the highway location 1/14 I have been back multiple times this week alone and am very pleased with the food and service each time

Interacted with three different people through the drive through , no one knows what their doing.... was asked by the drivethur person what number I was ordering cause they didnt know what number the food was on the menu, and they didnt know what a quarter pounder was, then they charged me the wrong order and then you just see people standing around, looking lost while telling us to go park to wait for 2 items.

Went there Saturday morning 11/22/2025 first thing no one was at station to take my order so I had to use key station which I really don't know how it works paid for my order and got no receipt. Ask the attendant about it he gave me a receipt while that was going on an elderly man had a large bag of food that was wrong after he drove home to middletown he had to bring it back for them to make the whole order over again and throw his order away. My order number that the attendant gave me was not on the screen for orders being processed but he said it was being made. I live in elizabethtown and guess what when I got home my order was wrong to.(way to go mcdonald's) you should do some more training.

Every single time i come to this location through the drive through and get to the window, they have me pull into one of their parking spots to wait for my food 15+ mins just to save their drive through times for upper management. Not only me, but also everyone else in the drive through line. This has happened 5+ times. Drive times should be monitored for upper management to see how awful the times are. But the times upper management receives are inaccurate due to their false reporting. Not to mention i almost always am missing something from my order whenever i come here. I get that it’s just McDonald’s, but get your act together…

Hey it's McDonald's. This one happens to be very clean. In my Burgers and Fries are always hot and fresh. I'm sure we've all been to many McDonald's, but out of the five of them that are within a couple miles, I always go to this one.

Everyone is very friendly and kind at this location. I’ve never had an issue with anyone and all interactions were professional. Unfortunately, we’ve had quite a number of orders messed up here. Either items were completely forgotten or the wrong items were put in the bag. I would say about 1 out of 4 orders get messed up for us. Over this past year, they definitely owe us a tank of gas for the amount of times we’ve had to drive back to get our order corrected. The location is always clean and lively.
