Multiple times my order is messed up or items missing. Go to the one located next to love's off 283. Worst McDonald's I've ever been too.

I went inside of the store, it was completly empty, 3 employees saw me and nobody came to take my order, I waited more than 5 minutes and no even a "someone will be with you soon"
They need to retrain them in customer service.

If I could give this McDonald’s a zero I would terrible customer service. The drive-through is so backed up and the people look like they’re working in slow motion. If you do food delivery here you will wait more than 15 to 20 minutes just for a one item order this McDonald’s should be shut down you’re better off going to Paxton Street or going up to Eisenhower Boulevard.

Placed an order before close and they refused to make it.1 star on service, they were clearly trying to rush out of there, which I can't blame them for (used to close when I worked for mcdonald's). But that made them less helpful and created a terrible customer experience from what could've been handled a lot better.

Inedible! Horrible everything. The fries had no flavor, the chocolate shake
tasted weird and the fish filet was so dried out I threw it in trash. Let's not even talk about how much they charged me for this garbage.

Absolutely disgusting place do not eat here. They gave us a burger with a bite out of it. Told them we weren't eating any of the food and only refunded the burger. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I was there Sunday after work, 1pm and had to walk in because drive thru was backed up and didn't move for 10 minutes. Inside was no better. I got $5meal deal and fish sandwich. Burger and nuggets over cooked mess. But every employee looked miserable. Not one smile in the place. Sad.
Hit or miss. The place feels like it's being ran by people who moved into an empty McDonald's and are winging it.

After waiting 20 mins for 2 sandwiches and fries, I received a sandwich that didn’t even have a top bun, and was completely covered in grease. Then when I was handed my bag, it ripped as the person in the drive-thru carelessly handed it to me holding the corner of the bag. I swear nobody at this location is capable of making a sandwich correctly and it’s sad.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. This McDonald’s location needs a major reform. I surely hope the franchisee reads the reviews for this location and actually does something about it. My family goes to this location a few times a month and it seems if we don’t “ask” to have our order completely fresh we get food that clearly has been sitting around. However, sometimes when we’ve asked for fresh it was clearly not fresh and was disgusting even after getting “parked” to wait on it. The manager Janice needs to GO! She is the worst! She has ZERO customer service skills and is not personable at ALL. When I confronted her one time about our order and asked that it be re-made she was argumentative about how it was made fresh. Employees in the back by the grill were also yelling and swearing at me as well. She did nothing to curb her employees bad behaviors. On another occasion we went there and went inside on a Saturday for breakfast. A clearly 14 year old boy was working the drive through. She was yelling and screaming at him ordering him around and telling him to hurry up that her drive through was suffering because of him. However, he was only taking orders and money and the line was around the building. He wasn’t packing orders or giving orders out. So, how was it his fault? She then pulled him and put someone else on register and had him wiping tables and emptying trash. I also know the other managers Steven and Gregg both of these guys are very pleasant and run the business well. Another employee Joey was recently promoted to manager and she also does a very good job. Someone needs to fire Janice and move Greg up! He is more then deserving. I’ve also made friends with a lot of the employees at this location and when Janice is working they’re routinely upset. The one day Janice made one of the young girls bring our order out and it was clearly not fresh. She admitted Janice told her to “just take it to the customer and say it was fresh”.She stood by our car looking worried when I asked to have the order re-made I asked her if she wanted me to come back in with her and she said yes. That’s when Janice was very rude to me and then proceeded to ask me if I saw her counter and how it was flooding with door dash and delivery orders. Meanwhile a door dash person was standing waiting on an order and he interjected and told Janice that she needed to worry about people who were actually there in person and not mobile orders. He said those people will get their food when I get there with it SHE is actually here take care of her! On various occasions Janice has made mine or my husbands iced coffee completely wrong puts alittle of this and alittle of that in and tries handing it to us layered and doesn’t even mix it. This woman’s middle name is LAZY. She is clearly a miserable person and she must GO. This is why they’re understaffed no one wants to work on her shift. The former general manager Anthony left because he got sick of getting bullied and accused. Janice accused him of taking everyone off of her shift and putting them onto his. It’s pretty sad when you suck at managing and people do not want to work for you. Again, I am hopeful someone important sees my review and many others about this woman and actually does something about it.
