It was a slightly below expectations. The fries were cold and they missed one of the fries we ordered. We did not discover this till we pulled we’re down the road. The burger was very good. The chicken was older and chewy. Wish the food was hot and fresh. But, it is fast food. The girl At the register was friendly.

I usually don't leave a review for fast food cause honestly I don't expect much and understand this is often someone's first or last resort job. That being said this place was bad. The people inside ignored me and my kid until I got irritated and asked if the cash register was closed or something and even then I asked three different people behind the counter and they all made sure to not answer or continue eye contact. Finally put our order in. Got it the food, left and looked inside once I got home. Fries were half full and the double quarter pounder I ordered was just a single quarter pounder. That being said at least the inside was filthy.

Waited 44 mins for a breakfast curbside order. Service is ridiculous slow. I literally watched multiple cars go through the drive thru. I ended up walking inside to get my own curbside order. Ladies inside didn’t even seem to care. Poor customer service even for a McDonald’s.

I realize that it's McDonald's. It's an American institution and we know what we're getting there, for the most part. But this location is no good. Served up two of the worst burgers I've ever seen, took way too long to do it, and almost forgot our drinks. If you see this McDonald's and feel hungry, do yourself a favor and keep driving to the next golden arches you spot.

I went inside of the store, it was completly empty, 3 employees saw me and nobody came to take my order, I waited more than 5 minutes and no even a "someone will be with you soon" They need to retrain them in customer service.

If I could give this McDonald’s a zero I would terrible customer service. The drive-through is so backed up and the people look like they’re working in slow motion. If you do food delivery here you will wait more than 15 to 20 minutes just for a one item order this McDonald’s should be shut down you’re better off going to Paxton Street or going up to Eisenhower Boulevard.

Placed an order before close and they refused to make it.1 star on service, they were clearly trying to rush out of there, which I can't blame them for (used to close when I worked for mcdonald's). But that made them less helpful and created a terrible customer experience from what could've been handled a lot better.

Inedible! Horrible everything. The fries had no flavor, the chocolate shake tasted weird and the fish filet was so dried out I threw it in trash. Let's not even talk about how much they charged me for this garbage.
