The worst Starbucks I have ever been to I waited so look for my Grande Pike Place I finally gave up and left.

Today I stopped to get a drink I get all the time like 3x a week at other Starbucks. These girls at this Starbucks had NO customer service!!! They were on there phones the whole time, they made me feel like I was putting them out! My drink was not right, they told me they did what I said, they said here is a straw probably needs stirred. Still wasn’t right, I ask for a little more sweet cream, they gave me minimal in a cup, still wasn’t right. I was making a mess, I asked if they had a napkin? They said they are over there! I wiped up and walked out. Poor poor poor customer service!!!

03.04.2025. 7:15 am. who ever the girl is working here doesn’t want to work she’s just throwing things around. if u don’t like morning shifts don’t work but don’t make customer feel uncomfortable hey body language was not welcoming at all i felt like why im here.

They're supposed to be open at 6:00 you never know if they're going to be open when you pull in I guess they open whenever they feel like it come in at 6:15 stop in sometimes they're open sometimes they're not

Hey new CEO, Brian Niccol, you reading this? If you wish to turn around your firm listed and watch Cadence at this location. Smiles greeted us, a mistake was quickly corrected and prompt service. Did you ever check how many wasted orders for egg whites got confused with egg bites? Sound the same right? With the diversity of dialects at a rest stop, you can imagine this occurring again and again. Very pleased with the availability of upscale food in a sea of greasy alternatives.

I ordered a $7 iced coffee at Starbucks but forgot to ask them to leave out an ingredient I couldn’t have.
After they made it, I realized my mistake and told them I needed to order a new one.
They quickly made me a new one for free, even though it was my fault.
That’s outstanding customer service.

I asked for EXTRA crunch on my Caramel Ribbon crunch and they didn’t give me the extra crunch. Not only that but the girl with the curly hair had an attitude!

Really not sure I have the right location I just know I’ve bought coffee twice at the Starbucks on the PA northeast extension figured first time it was a fluke the coffee was terrible and my Frappuccino was worse but it’s official… this time they forgot to add the coffee to my Latte ? here I sit on my way to Buffalo with a cup of steamed milk. Heads up, try it before you walk away and don’t be in a hurry it may take awhile.

No open On time

Google say that they open at seven am it's now 9:11 am April 4. Female walked in with an attitude cuz she has a line .

Arrived at 6:34 pm and they said they're closed. It says 7 online
