Hey new CEO, Brian Niccol, you reading this? If you wish to turn around your firm listed and watch Cadence at this location. Smiles greeted us, a mistake was quickly corrected and prompt service. Did you ever check how many wasted orders for egg whites got confused with egg bites? Sound the same right? With the diversity of dialects at a rest stop, you can imagine this occurring again and again. Very pleased with the availability of upscale food in a sea of greasy alternatives.
I ordered a $7 iced coffee at Starbucks but forgot to ask them to leave out an ingredient I couldn’t have.
After they made it, I realized my mistake and told them I needed to order a new one.
They quickly made me a new one for free, even though it was my fault.
That’s outstanding customer service.

Clean and orderly. Not busy just before 9am on a Friday. Can’t quite reconcile that Starbucks doesn’t open until 9-it is a coffee/breakfast joint after all! But the 7-Eleven coffee wasn’t too bad, and the service was good. Clean bathrooms.
