Grabbed a quick sandwich on 2 different occasions while traveling to Harrisburg. It's a small airport, so there's never a line and able to order right away. They quickly heated up my sandwich and I had it within 2 minutes. Service was fast and friendly. It's convenient when at the airport.

I fly pretty frequently through HIA to visit my family nearby, and I always run into HIA’s employee Shelly… and she is such a treat! She usually works at the Starbucks down Gate B and she’s literally the sweetest thing. Her other associate, Gabby, was very kind and made my evening! Such a great way to end my holiday travel. Thanks ladies!

You never know when it going to be open. Website says 6am. I roll in at 615 sometimes there open sometime know ones home. I guess it's whenever they feel like opening. Go to dunkin at the other rst aeras they open when they say their open.

The last 3 times I ordered I have been greeted cheerfully and told to have a wonderful or great day with an honest and cheerful tone. The coffee, hot chocolate, and sandwich were all just great! I just enjoy that it was 3 different days of the week and 3 different times of day and still wonderful staff and great service.

Try not to bother these employees with an order. They are more interested in socializing with each other. I thought I was invisible standing at counter. Even after they got around to making my drink. They just set it on counter without a word. I was to assume it was my drink. People have no self awareness even while working. Go to the Dunkin just 100 feet away. Much better.

This was my third time visiting this Starbucks at this airport and what I will start off and say that there is one barista that is always cleaning the store and he always makes my day especially with his manager they always make jokes but the main reason I made this review was to say , the service was amazing everytime but I did have a little issue with my drink there was 2 fruit flys /nats in my pink drink and when the guy told another baraista that he was gonna make me my drink again . I guess the other guy was saying he needs to ring me up or something but I think he was new because the barista I knew told him to go sweep the floor and he was gonna do orders because “ I’m not going to be here all night especially if I’m doing everything “ and I definitely agree he was doing everything and the other guy just stood there on his phone and then proceeded to stand there with his hands in his pocket . UNACCEPTABLE
