This Subway is located inside of Loves and is supposedly open 24/7. I stopped in and noticed they have Auntie Ann's Pretzels on promo @ $3.00 for a foot long, so I thought maybe I'd try it. All of a sudden the two clueless female employees looked at one another as though they just saw a ghost or something. They were so confused and didn't know what to do. Then one of them said, we can make you a fresh one, they're in the freezer area. I said to her ok and she replied, it'll only take a few moments to make. I replied, take your time, I'm not in any rush. A few moments later, they both appeared from the back room area with that same confused look on their faces, as though they just arrived here from the planet Zoo Loo. The one girl said to me, we're all out of them, I replied, its not a problem, mauve next time. Have a nice day. I thought I'd just walked in and out of the twilight zone! In closing, I do-not recommend anybody coming to this filthy-dirty unorganized, poorly trained Subway. Avoid this place like the Plague. To finalize this review my mother was traumatized while using the restroom area, as she proceeded to wash her hands, she noticed a dead mouse sitting in front of her on the counter next to the sink. On my way out I advised one of the workers what occurred in the restroom and instead of apologizing, she said was several times today. They should've brought over a Store Manger immediately! This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any place during my travels. Keep in mind, this is Loves ❤️ Travel Plaza! Can you imagine? We'll definitely never come back here ever again! After waiting for a long time and knocking on the door, knowing he was there just ignoring us customers, he came to the door with an disgusting aggressive attitude and yelled “LEAVE!!! I’M ON BREAK!” He refused to serve me when I ask for a sandwich. I was in shock. I ain’t even talking about him leaving the store and cashier unattended while he’s on duty and it’s at 2am in the morning. He should get fired for this unacceptable behavior. I can’t believe Subway still keeps these staff although tons of people complaining here about the same things on reviews. I should’ve read the reviews before going there.

Ordered a 12” steak and cheese and wasn’t paying much attention. I got cheese sauce instead of pepper jack that tasted like water. Hands down the worst sandwich that I ever had. I said do not toast, just heat up the meat, I got toasted. They didn’t listen to any of my instructions. A $12 sandwich in the trash because it was that bad, specially the nasty cheese sauce.

The unprofessional attitude that was collectively behind the counter making our sandwiches was unacceptable. They acted like we were bothering them. They charged a large soda on a meal but gave us a medium cup and professed utter distain towards us when we questioned it. The subs themselves were okay but they split the bread on both (blowing out the sandwich). The store was dirty. I will never eat at that establishment again. It was a terrible eating experience!!!
Everything was good. Kliey the cashier was very engaging in conversation and really took care of everything. She is very sweet. Would recommend to anyone who likes Subway and great service.

This subway is a rip off. $16 for a flat bread sub with barely anything in it. The flat bread is even thinner now don't waste your money. One scoop of chicken for footlong is insane. The employees are rude and not trained. I won't be going back.
