Wasn’t even open when I first arrived late tuesday afternoon. Then they only have wheat bread or flat bread. Out of chicken, steak, and the only cheese they have is shredded. Absurd.

Got a tuna sub (toasted) that literally disintegrated in my hands as I was trying to eat it. I don't know how old bread has to be to be 1/3 crumbled before I take it out of the wrap.

The tuna that I was able to eat was fine. Service was fine. That was the first and last time I eat there.

Without a doubt the worst service they don't wash their hands, they are on the cell phone while people order and this morning my wife and I had to witness a bad moment of harassment where an employee yelled in the face of a baby for playing with the chips, so much was the insistence that the employee did not stop harassing the father and daughter, when the father only asked for respect it would have been in my case and I would have shut her up with a blow because as always the authority does nothing. 0*

I don't recommend buying or eating from that subway!!!!!

The lady that works in the morning yelled at my daughter I felt it was racist bc there was no reason she was just beside the chips and I told her I was going to pay for them, we were about to order some subs and my husband just told here you don't need to scream and she said I am not going to sell you anything. We left and even people that was walking by told us they heard everything.

The lady opening 4:35am on 09/08/25 (did not have a name tag on) was the rudest server I've ever encountered. She should not be working with the public. I asked for the herb bread and she yelled we only have white or wheat. I then asked for pickles and she yelled we don't have them, I only asked for spinach & pickles!!! Then as I was leaving she yelled some rude comments as she was mocking me to have a nice flight. She was so unprofessional. I fly multiple times a year to & from Harrisburg and always grab a sub for later on in my travels, but I will never purchase from this location again.

Ordered 2 foot long Chicken Cheese Dippers at $3 each. Did not qualify for making it a combo for $4.09 more. Had to purchase alacarte, so it cost over $11! Had to ask for dipping sauce. Fountain drinks are self-service, with free refills. Online states open until 8 pm, but the worker making the sandwiches stated the lobby would be closing at 6 pm.

Maybe not enough help? Not sure.

Time is 5:38 pm, and all employees disappeared into the back! See the empty counter! Turned customers away who want sandwiches. Will still sell drinks & chips.

Now the employee served a customer after the other one was turned away.

Does accept credit cards and Rewards program if you have one (I was not in the system by phone #) Need to ask for a receipt.

Limited options at a small airport like Harrisburg.

I visited this Subway location recently and had a disappointing experience. One of the employees was quite rude and seemed upset, possibly because the order wasn’t for her. Her attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this kind of behavior so future visits are more pleasant

Lady was rude and confrontational with a guest and to a lesser degree myself saying they didn't have any bags and there was nothing they could do. I shrugged and left, the guy after me pushed a little harder and they have him a massive attitude.
I go to the bathroom and walk back to see the girl walking out with 6 sandwiches in bags.
They really did earn their 2 Star rating. I won't be back and you shouldn't waste your time here.

Very poor customer service!!! I asked for a veggie pizza and they warmed the pizza up first and then threw cold veggies on top of it. I told her typically the veggies are put on first and then the pizza is put in the oven. She told me that’s not how they do it here and refused to make my pizza properly. She rolled her eyes and gave me a refund with an attitude!!! 0/10 would not recommend!!!!

The reviews are accurate. Counter personnel was rude. I asked for a foot long and she made a half instead. They refused to give me a bag or hand me the receipt. I had to pull it myself, then left my sandwich in the edge of the counter closest to her. I dnt know if the last in the seating area was the manager but they were so busy cackling with her that they made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and gross. Stand there with their arms folded and a annoyed facial expression left me wondering why they even showed up to work. I had to edit and be thankfully they gave me half a stale sandwich. It honestly was gross and stale.

Worker was completely inattentive and clueless. They only had one kind of bread and allergen info was not provided. I was told it was fine for me but it turned out to contain something I was allergic to. The worker never gave me a receipt and was gone when I returned to ask for a refund. I filed a complaint online and was also denied a refund there. Never returning to this location.

Two employees watched me walk in and stand at counter and both ignored me indefinitely. At 630pm on a Friday. Assumed they were closed and finally another person asks “are you open” and Yash who is eating says “yes.” Find people who want to actually work!!!! Blatant laziness.

Customer service makes a big difference in a restaurant experience. Most locations can make a sandwich that, for the most part, tastes the same. However, if you have someone who is just rude and clearly hating their job, that may persuade someone to go somewhere else next time. If they hate their job, do they follow all the food safety guidelines, cleanliness policies, etc.
