Customer service makes a big difference in a restaurant experience. Most locations can make a sandwich that, for the most part, tastes the same. However, if you have someone who is just rude and clearly hating their job, that may persuade someone to go somewhere else next time. If they hate their job, do they follow all the food safety guidelines, cleanliness policies, etc.
I worked there for 3 years straight even managed to work another part time job In the airport. I really liked my job there besides always being short staffed all the time and being underpaid went i had the experience. Are use this SUBWAY® often because I work in the airport. Since they are sometimes short staffed they have to close to pick up supplies downstairs. I’ve always got what I wanted and never got an attitude.
