The app messed up the “reorder” function and did not transfer my customizations. The store made me pay for a new item instead of just making a new one.
It’s a damn Taco Bell, this is the only location I’ve been to where they won’t just fix a simple mistake, or error on the app.

Drive thru closes at midnight. Food always comes out hot n fresh. I normally use the app so it reduces the amt of talking I do with the employees. The lobby is always freezing no matter the time of day, so we plan accordingly and wear extra layers. This location keeps up with all the new promos. They have a soda machine in the lobby. Men's and women's bathrooms. Plenty of seating available. Most employees have always been super pleasant with me.

I didn't receive the correct food items and the food we did get, was burnt. Service was rushed which would explain why we got a mixup of foods. Ordered a starry and the bib or flavoring should have been replaced because I got just carbonated water. If you order food better take the extra time in the drive through line to double check the double checking of the employees.

Placed an order for pick up online. Got there to pickup the food and the lady behind the counter told me because I didn't hit a button saying I was there to get my order it'd be a few minutes. I watched 5 people get their orders before me, while I was waiting I checked for a button to hit that would've gotten me my food on time according to the lady behind the counter. There was no button because I ordered on the site, not the app. When they gave me my food they forgot my crunch wrap and sauce.

If you are truck driver and wants to eat here don't loose your time. Here when they are close but the service car is open, they said they are close and they close the window and dont wants to take the order just because i dont enter in a car, I try to expalin that im in a truck but they said they dont care they are close. That I have to come in a car to get a service.
