The Vineyard & Brewery at Hershey

Always a great place that keeps us coming back. Tonight my husband and I did a glass blowing class. The instructor was great, informative and kept every participants attentions. It was definitely a unique experience as well as fun and enjoyable.

The Vineyard and Brewery at Hershey is a nice spot with a relaxed vibe, great for spending time with friends or a date. Their beer is quite good, though we weren’t fans of about half of the ones we tried, likely because we went for some unique options. The wine is okay, not remarkable but enjoyable. We booked a brewery tour through Groupon, and while the guide was informative and engaging, the reception and welcoming area could use better organization—after being sent to three different spots, it took about 30 minutes before someone finally got us set up. Overall, it’s a good place to hang out and unwind, and we’d recommend giving it a try.

They never answer the phone. I’ve been trying to get in contact with some sort of manager. No one has reached out to me. Employees seem clueless, and when I asked for a manager because the manager should know more than the employee, apparently there’s no “manager” around?? “ I don’t know when she’ll be back” (which that’s not the employees fault but just the cherry on top) I just wanted to know if I can reuse this ticket or if I can just get a refund because I told them that I can’t attend. I wanted to go to salsa tonight but something happened and I wasn’t able to attend anymore. Last year I went every salsa night. I don’t even know how much I spent at the freaking vineyard. And I can’t even get a call back. I hope you enjoy my $10. Cause that’s the last you’ll get from me!

Rude and unprofessional. That’s it. Don’t waste your time or money here many other better vineyards in the area.

We were very disappointed with our experience today as Lynn, the owner, was very unprofessional. We had a large group for the wine and cheesecake tasting as it was mediocre at best for the price we each paid. We were unaware we were not allowed alcohol from outside the venue because it doesn't state anywhere on the website or at the vineyard itself. She proceeded to take a can of beer from someone and dump it out on the grass right in front of him. She needs people skills and customer service training if she doesn't want to run this establishment into the ground. We will not be returning.

Attended the Jellybricks gig at the All Decked Out series on May 24, 2024. The concert was AWESOME and the staff couldn't be friendlier. The prices are very affordable - like $22 for a bottle of their local Chardonnay with a beautiful view of the surrounding pastoral scene. Yes it's out from the beaten path but that actually makes it more special. Seating was great and dancing could be had right up near the band! Coming from Chicago the affordable prices and pleasant seating were truly remarkable. You can even bring your own food to save $ too.

The space was nice and had plenty of outdoor seating. However, the wine was pretty bad and nobody I was with could even finish the tastings we got. My husband got a beer flight and didn’t finish those either.

Lynn who is supposedly the manager was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful on the phone. Definitely lost my business and I will pass along to friends and family. It saddens me that a manager would treat a customer negatively. Unfortunately, you are going to lose business by not respecting your customers. I would however recommend SpringGate Winery as I have had nothing but pleasant experiences there :) spend money on businesses who appreciate your service!!!

Amazing space and staff! Kayla, Virginia, and Fawn took care of us all evening. It was salsa night, amazing band and crowd. Plus they had some great beer and wine! Beautiful property!

Emily was terrific,ciders were amazing..loved doing Harvest Host with you guys!! Loved the live music..had a terrific time! We will be back!!

The summer music concert/festival is absolutely neither. We had attended for years and it is now not at all what it seems. Scaled down is an understatement. It is more like packed sardines on a patio for small live patio sessions (chairs on the patio touch each other and it feels like your neighbor is sitting on your lap). It was such a disappointment. I'm sorry we paid for this. You get better free "concerts" at Spring Gate and don't have to pay an admission. Plus they have much better drinks and food... Don't waste your money thinking this is The Hershey Vineyard awesome festival venue of old. Save it and go to anywhere that offers free music and better drinks. Your experience and wallet will appreciate it. I'm sorry I went.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was relaxing, and fresh air took me to a peaceful place. Bring your friends.

Fawn and Lynn were absolutely wonderful at the winery. They were so knowledgeable and helped us make sure our bride had a flawless bachelorette party! Fawn even turned us onto her favorite wine there which I simply couldn't leave the winery without a bottle of. I highly recommend the same as she, which is the Pink Catawba.
