The food was pretty good (the chicken patty was a little dry), but the service was TERRIBLE. The girl at the front counter was barely shuffling around and barely talked to any of the customers. The other workers weren't any better. No sense of urgency at all, I can't even describe how slow she was walking. And my brother order two things that were available on the app, then we were told it wasn't available.

Trash! Too busy telling me not to take my DoorDash order off the counter because it needed to be weighed. Maybe you should try harder to put the right order in the bags first, then weigh it. Just felt like she rather be rude than anything else. Because obviously getting the order right wasn’t priority. The weight was priority though

Avoid this location if you can. The staff is consistently rude and has tried to overcharge me—in one case, when I pointed out a $10 price difference between the speaker and the window, the employee walked away without explanation, returned, took the money, and said nothing. They are also frequently out of basic menu items including burgers, Frostys, and lemonade. If you do decide to come here, double-check your order before leaving; otherwise, you might end up with an ice-cold meal.

Pulled up to the speaker instantly told they basically have nothing for drinks, I wanted to order and they stopped speaking and never attempted to take my order. Whoever was working 8/3/25 at 6pm has absolutely terrible customer service. I don’t plan to be back. Get better workers Wendy’s!

Foods good like any other Wendy’s but grumpy teenagers work here every time I have gone they have an attitude or mess up orders because they are to busy on their phones 🙄

Kinda upset at Wendy’s on Eisenhower Boulevard. I had to woooash before this post, my 18 yr old adhd / autistic daughter applied for a job here, first time getting her foot in the door at a job, she took the time to fill out the application and all, got an interview which she was super happy to go to, for us to get their at 8:30am and the lady opens the door and tells her we’ll, I can do the interview but it be a waste of time because the general manager is not hiring anyone who is not 20yr old or older.🤬😡, umm so you looked at her application you knew her age and you then proceeded to book her an interview and time and then disappoint her. Over it, my daughter Asia came a long way. She didn’t care if she had to clean the floors or help set up, she good with orders, So this was a set back to her period. Plus to top it off my car was in an accident so I had to pay for an uber for her just to get their and back so completely a waste of money. Wendy’s you should be very proud of yourself.
