I came through the drive thru at 12:11 am #3288. I placed my order Dave’s Double combo with grape Fanta, Big Bacon Classic combo with a Dr. Pepper & a 10 piece nugget with bbq sauce. Then pulled around to pay. After handing over my money $32 and some change the crew member gave me our drinks. I said excuse me may I have a cup carry and my receipt .I don’t know if the worker heard me or if it was just a long day and she tuned out. She closed the window then threw away all the printed receipts. We received our order, however, the sandwiches we received were not fully cooked. They were pink (raw) and cold in the middle. By the time we reached our hotel to eat the store was “closed”.

This is the 2nd time my order was incorrect. I order a double baconator. The sandwich looked like a jr burger with lettuce onion tomatoe and cheese. The sandwich was awful. It's hit or miss at this Wendy's. If it's the kids just there to make a pay check your food is going to suck. This usually happens on the weekend. During the week the staff sends like their job and serve the first with smiles...

Be prepared to not be treated great, double check your order when you get it, especially if you ordered something that requires forks or spoons. We rarely have gotten our utensils when we open the bag.

The food was pretty good (the chicken patty was a little dry), but the service was TERRIBLE. The girl at the front counter was barely shuffling around and barely talked to any of the customers. The other workers weren't any better. No sense of urgency at all, I can't even describe how slow she was walking. And my brother order two things that were available on the app, then we were told it wasn't available.

Trash! Too busy telling me not to take my DoorDash order off the counter because it needed to be weighed. Maybe you should try harder to put the right order in the bags first, then weigh it. Just felt like she rather be rude than anything else. Because obviously getting the order right wasn’t priority. The weight was priority though

Avoid this location if you can. The staff is consistently rude and has tried to overcharge me—in one case, when I pointed out a $10 price difference between the speaker and the window, the employee walked away without explanation, returned, took the money, and said nothing. They are also frequently out of basic menu items including burgers, Frostys, and lemonade. If you do decide to come here, double-check your order before leaving; otherwise, you might end up with an ice-cold meal.
