DOG LOVERS BEWARE: They are anti-dog. Tried to get our dog a pup cup and they refused to even SELL us a cup of whipped cream for our dog. I have never been to a coffee shop/drive thru that didnt offer some sort of treat for when your dog is tagging along. They acted like we were a problem for even asking. Will avoid this dunkin in the future. Not really a big loss, most times we have stopped here and placed any kind of large order it ALWAYS gets messed up. We have got things there that we didn't even order. They have been open long enough that they should have it together but thats clearly not the case. Do yourselves a favor and go to DC or you'd be better off going to sheetz for coffee honestly .

Just stopped in here with my mom and she accidentally spilled her coffee on the floor. She went up and apologized, and they gave her awful looks and gave her the supplies and made her clean everything.. I mean she was willing too and it was her mess, but she shouldn’t have had too that’s what the employees get paid by the hour for..Safe to say I won’t be coming back EVER no respect, no cleanliness, and certainly not good customer service!

Dunkin mifflinburg is the worst dunkin ive ever ordered from. I've been a dunkin fan at least 15 yrs everyday. I order the same thing everyday as well. What I don't understand is how it tells you on the cup.How many pumps of each thing to put and it's still is messed up

I only ever go through the drive through. Only reason I’m giving 3 stars and not less is because of the manager. Wish I could remember his name, he’s a middle aged man (always nice), but he does fantastic every time he takes my order. If he’s not the one taking my order, something is usually messed up.
Went this morning before work and asked for a maple sugar bacon sandwich. I was given like 2 pieces of bacon cut up in a bag. Had I had the time and my receipt, I would’ve went back. Never been more disappointed.
I hate even going here on weekends because it’s all the high school kids and none of them know what they’re doing nor care if they mess up.
Mifflinburg Dunkin, do better please.

Overcharged and didn't even get the right size drink. Ordered a breakfast croissant and xlarge black coffee. No croissants so got it on a bagel. Was like chewing on leather. They brought me an extra large ice coffee, so I told that was not what I ordered. So she gave me a large black coffee. She charged for the xlarge ice coffee
I ordered two hot pumpkin spice coffee. They came out with an iced. I waited for the correct order and got one pumpkin spice one hot chocolate. He was kind though.

I have been going to the mifflinburg location since they opened. Usually only get a vanilla frozen coffee. It’s being generous to say they rarely make it right. Somehow I always get plain frozen creamer. I now drive 30 minutes to lewisburg to get my coffee. $7 that gets tossed in the trash every time. I’m done

It really just depends who’s working I get good coffees mostly during the week early in the morning on the weekends it’s not so good they always put the wrong sugar in the coffee than are not nice about it when you tell them they messed up

Avoid this place like the plague... Sat for 11 minutes in the drive thru before someone acknowledged us, blamed the car in front of us for ordering 8 frozen drinks for the delay. Then was told to pull forward and wait 5 more minutes for 2 drinks.I went inside, got my money back and they gave us our drinks and both of them are burnt to a crisp.
The girl who refunded me barely apologized or anything.

Went through the drive threw at 8:15 on 8/28/25, the young men working the store made my drink absolutely beautifully. True baristas. They also had great customer service!

i’ve fought myself for awhile to make this review. however, after one too many negative experiences i feel the need to. no matter what time of day you go, they’re going to be out of something. when they are out of it & you order on the app, they don’t offer a refund or even an apology. they just ask what else you want. if you run out of something, take it off the menu so people aren’t wasting money on things they didn’t want because you don’t even offer money back. i got a TOASTED bagel with cream cheese today, and it was literally untoasted. who’s just out here eating raw bagels??? i just can’t with this location anymore, i guess it’s time to try the DC coffee shop down the road 🤷🏼♀️

This place has been remodeled recently. It is such a clean, fresh look. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Their conference room is really nice too. I'll definitely be back.

I have to say, I usually don’t leave reviews if I have nothing nice to say but after experiencing a few recurring frustrating experiences, I feel like something needs to be said. I frequent here pretty often mostly out of convenience but the last few times I’ve ordered - there’s been some kind of issue. A few times, they haven’t had green tea available or ready for my refresher so I’ve had to wait/leave and or come back to get it. That’s fine, no big deal I guess. Another time, I ordered the coconut milk refresher but they didn’t have the cold foam, strawberry base or coconut milk available so they offered me a lemonade refresher instead which is cheaper than what I had paid for already. No effort was made to try to make it right or give me a coupon or discount. Okay, fine. I figured I’d let it go. But today, along with being told the green tea wasn’t ready yet AGAIN - I also ordered the loaded hash browns. Those are supposed to come with bacon - I work locally so I went to work since it wasn’t ready yet, waited about 15 minutes and then went back to get my order. Walked back over to my work with my order and opened my hashbrowns to find that there was no bacon so I walk back over for now the 2nd time to tell them. The staff proceeds THEN to tell me that they ran out of bacon in the morning. Other than an apology, again no effort made to refund me or extend a hand of customer service. This place really needs some work when it comes to mistakes like this. It’s fine if you don’t have bacon, or the green tea, or whatever it is - but at least make some effort to make it right.
