So we stopped into the self serve after hours . There was a variety of goodies available. We got Pecan sticky buns . They were delicious. What I appreciated is they are able to do this after hours self serve and we were able to support them when we can’t get there on regular business hours .
This place is great! I placed an online order of which was ready and packaged beautifully for gift- giving. Your staff went above and beyond and was extremely helpful in my pick-up. I appreciate all that you do and enjoy every item we purchase and indulge in from your bakery! Thank you for providing great items AND spectacular customer service!

We had Gable House provide service at our wedding. They perfectly executed an afternoon tea for 100 plus our wedding cake! The lemon raspberry was outstanding and all the pastries were great! Her service was impeccable with delivery, set up, and tear down on site.

They were very professional and courteous and most importantly the cake was delicious. They had a spending limit for the wedding cake delivery and even though we didn't got to the limit, they were still willing to deliver it. They took cake of getting fresh flowers to decorate the cake and I didn't had to worry about a single thing when it comes to the cake. They delivered exactly what I asked for.

We loved our wedding cake from Gable House Bakery! We had two flavors, pumpkin with cheesecake frosting, and vanilla with chocolate cream cheese frosting. They were both a hit, especially the pumpkin one! Everyone we interacted with was very kind as well. Our only suggestion is to work on communication. We had to reach out a few times to get responses to previous emails, but it’s a busy season so we were understanding! Overall, we had a great experience.

I had the opportunity to make a purchase from Gable House's stand at the Lewisburg Farmers Market on 9/3/2025. While there it came to my attention that they had Bourbon Peach sticky buns. After a breif conversation I left the stand with one regular sticky bun with icing and one Bourbon Peach sticky bun.
When I was able to take time to enjoy the Bourbon Peach Sticky Bun, I was very impressed! The flavor combination was wonderfully complex and the sticky bun was so very fresh! The Iced version is delightful but a bit heavier on the palate. The seasoning was rich and the Bourbon Peaches were both bright and a lighter sweetness level when compared to the Iced version. Both are wonderful.
It is so good to find a new hidden gem like the Bourbon Peach Sticky Buns at our local bakery! They also are offering a really unique experience with their self service porch at their Mifflinburg location that has really extended hours. I have in the past picked up lovely Macrons and Black Forest style cakes!
Take time to stop by and pick up some truly delightful delicacies from Gable House Bakery at either their Mifflinburg PA location or at their stand in the Lewisburg Farmers Market on a Wednesday!!!

I would go here just for their sticky walnut buns. Such good buns with the right amount of sweetness. The staff was very friendly and they even have some good deals on day old baked goods.

We just used Gable House Bakery for our wedding cake and desserts and OH MY was EVERYTHING amazing! We went with a cutting cake, three different kinds of cookes, three different kinds of donuts and cannoli. The cannoli were a huge hit and the donuts melted in your mouth. Ordinarily, wedding cakes are much better in appearance than they are in taste; not so with ours! So, so yummy! We were not going to freeze the top but we decided it was so good that we had to do it. 10/10 recommend for any kind of celebratory activitites. Your guests will thank you for it.
