Really slow service...high school boys making loud noises and laughing the whole time...then the manager on duty yelled at the kid delivering the food for standing around because there wasn't any customers...I don't believe ill be dining there again...mom's cheeseburger was cold like it was sitting around she said...

It's strange to go out of your way to review a McDonalds. But today I had an incredibly warm and welcoming experience. The staff at this McDonald's is quite possible the best I've ever seen, due in no small part to a shift manager who was treating everyone like family. If more people treated their employees and jobs like this, the world would be full of smiles.

Requested a toddler toy for a 1 year old. Stated twice while ordering that i wanted a toddler toy. After leaving the window, I found we were not given a toddler toy. We did circle back around to exchange it and honestly wish we had gotten it to begin with because i may have rated 5☆ solely on the new choice in the toddler toy. These books are amazing! The food was ok. Standard McD's food.

Was told that the manager refused to allow you to get cups for ice or water. So stingy that you can only get a cup if you buy a drink.
Don’t think I’ve ever had a sad quarter pounder yet until now. Dry patty, mushy pickles, and a bacon quarter pounder without bacon.. plus some pretty old fries. Eh

Had take out tonight it was terrible. The food had no taste. Ordered a Mc double cheeseburger combo. Did not give a drink. That will be the last time I go there.

I had a really upsetting experience at this McDonald’s. I was misunderstood while placing my order, and instead of clarifying or helping, the employee became extremely rude. She threw the straws at the machine, talked negatively under her breath while turning away from the window, and then began throwing other things around inside and walked off. It felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer deserves to be treated like that. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior. 3:18 PM and 05/10/2025 and the girl had some busted up tattoos but the girl who ended up helping me after wards was extremely polite and awesome. But that other girl needs a new job and tattoo artist

Went through the drive-thru. Dropped my large coke in the car and the lid was on so tight that nothing spilled out.
