A very slow-service location. Perhaps understaffed. Crew seemed depressed and had low motivation to take or serve orders. Off duty employees traipsing around between a table and behind the counter. Nobody was observed washing their hands. No hair nets nor gloves. But hey, it's McDonald's. I wasn't expecting fine dining. Also, the sign outside invited me in to try the chicken Big Mac, but I was told it was not available. We call that tactic "bait and switch"...
We had a group of 18, our food was at our table just minutes after we sat down. Food was hot, including fries. Clean, newer remodeled. Staff was friendly and even came to our table and asked if we needed anything.
We did circle back around to exchange it and honestly wish we had gotten it to begin with because i may have rated 5☆ solely on the new choice in the toddler toy. These books are amazing! The food was ok. Standard McD's food.
