Requested a toddler toy for a 1 year old. Stated twice while ordering that i wanted a toddler toy. After leaving the window, I found we were not given a toddler toy.
We did circle back around to exchange it and honestly wish we had gotten it to begin with because i may have rated 5☆ solely on the new choice in the toddler toy. These books are amazing! The food was ok. Standard McD's food.

A very slow-service location. Perhaps understaffed. Crew seemed depressed and had low motivation to take or serve orders. Off duty employees traipsing around between a table and behind the counter. Nobody was observed washing their hands. No hair nets nor gloves. But hey, it's McDonald's. I wasn't expecting fine dining. Also, the sign outside invited me in to try the chicken Big Mac, but I was told it was not available. We call that tactic "bait and switch"...
