Usually have a great experience everytime we come here. Haven’t been here in a while and this visit wasn’t so great. We ordered and when we received our entrees 3/4 of it was ice cold. We told the waitress who really had nothing to say. She went back to get us the rest redone and it took another 20 mins by then we were over it. No management came to say anything, which normally the owner does as we had an issue before and he handled it greatly! The waitress wasn’t very friendly...read full review
Good food, good selection of craft beers brewed on the premises
Planning a wedding in 4 weeks sounds crazy to most but Roxanne and her team made this dream a reality for us. They took care of everything down to the smallest detail of things that didn’t even cross my mind. I cannot say thank you enough to the Rusty Rail team for all their support on our perfect day!
