i just wanted to say, whoever made my subs today, they were the best that i have ever gotten there. i dont know who made them, but i give a big thumbs up. keepup the good work

If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. The app was not working for me this morning when I went to order my food so I called in instead I was meant with a very rude worker who did not want to take my order over the phone, but I explained the situation to him and he reluctantly took it. They told me that he could not guarantee that my order would be ready at the time that I requested, which I said was fine and then I showed up to collect my order and this man and woman that we’re working we’re extremely rude. My order was wrong. Neither of the subs that I had ordered for my friend and I had any cheese on them like requested he even asked me what kind of cheese I would like on each of the subs Then the rude guy presumably the same one that I talk to you on the phone through my change at me when he was done, checking me out apparently pissed off that he had to take my order over the phone. If it was that big of a deal they could’ve just told me that to begin with, and I never would’ve ordered from them in the first place Get better employees or something. I don’t know.

I absolutely done everything for subway, tend to customers, done all the prep, and I did it with a smile, while the manager was doing non work related things, some of them were fighting for hours with people, telling the hospital she was going to sue them for not going fast enough and so on, and coming in 1-2 hrs late everyday, I understand the manager position but some people are not ment to be supervisors of toy cars let alone people, I was recently let go for an unknown reason and this might help me find out why? subway was Great when I worked there and again its turning into shit real quick, just don't understand some people but I never will!

Stopped in subs to go and ordered a 12" Italian, well waitress oh it seems we are out of capicola, so I ordered the BTM. This was to have double the cheese and double the meat ~~~~ what a joke... No way was either doubled. Then came the toppings ~~~ don't know if they are cutting back on lettuce or what. Barely any lettuce and onions on it, I said to her could you add more lettuce and onions to it, she did but not much, asked for mayo and Italian dressing, no Italian dressing. Barely used the shakers on the sub, this place went downhill, I don't plan on going back anytime soon and would not recommend to others. Should have known when I went in around 6:00 PM on Thursday and the place was empty. If I had to do it over I would have left when she said they had no Capicola.
The sub did equal the price of 16.99 for the “The Beast” sub, there was way to little deliMeat on the sub. Or any sub I get there over the past few time i have been there, that I can go someplace else and get a bigger ,longer sub for much less money. Will not be going back. Just can not justify paying that much for so little.

HORRIBLE service.Ever since the new owner took over the place has fallen down big time.For one they can't keep the same employees for very long and so far about every employee he has had doesn't do good at all. He had a kid named Sean Who worked there...he was thee best person to ever work in there. he did amazing customer service and he was a very fast worker.one time I went in since new employees being around they have talked about weed and drugs while on the clock..not very customer service at all. (Not to mention this kid was not at all doing any work and making the other girl work while talking about drugs to an old customer lady.)another time of doing online pickup..Get home to only find out I paid for 4 cookies and only got one.To top it all off...This time doing a online pickup order...I placed the order at 6:05 the app told me that they started to build my order and it should be done by 6:20 i went into the store at 6:15 and they were not working on the sub. they then knew I was there to pick up my sub but they ignored the fact and went on to took care of 7 more customers before ever getting to my sub.They finally got to my sub at 6:34the one girl started to work on it so she had already put buffalo sause on it..then the next girl jumped in to take care of it..and instead of looking to see what the first girl already put on it she then put a whole bunch more buffalo sauce on it.I FINALLY got my sub at 6:38which was 18 minutes after the window of when it should of been done.only to get a very cold sub that was not ment to be a cold sub.and to have sooooo much buffalo sause on it that i couldnt even taste the sub and couldnt handle the heat from the sub that most of it went into the trash.I honestly doubt I will ever eat from this subway again. Lost another customer.
