This isn’t meant to criticize how your employees work, but rather to offer some feedback that could help improve their work ethic and overall service. When we arrived, our waiter was attentive and pleasant at first. However, after our food was served, we were not checked on again for drink refills or condiments like ketchup.
While looking for our server, I noticed she was spending time in the back area near the ice cream station, socializing with other staff members. As the evening manager, her role should include ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and that customers are being properly attended to. Unfortunately, it seemed that several employees, including our server, were more focused on chatting than providing service.
I truly enjoy coming here, but the service quality could use improvement. If I were the owner, I would be disappointed to see how much time was being wasted rather than used to support guests and maintain the restaurant’s standards.

Cute little diner vibe, service was slow, food was good but the ice cream was great.
My family and I went to this establishment on Sunday 9/07. They were busy and understandably they could not seat us right away. The hostess however was incredibly rude as we decided to go somewhere else. We noticed some outdoor seating and they have curbside pickup. We would have gone with that if the hostess mentioned but he was more interested having an unprofessional attitude tone with our group. Won't be back anytime soon, if ever.

Food was delicious and ice cream was even better. I got ribs and my husband had a burger. Both were very good and my husband had a ton of fries with his burger. Obviously, we got a to go box so we could get ice cream. We had a hot fudge sundae with peanut butter ice cream and a #10 Oreo sundae. My only negative is an employee was carrying on and was louder than need be. That being said, I’d go back in a heart beat.
