Haven't been to this location in a couple years due to the terrible service I received the last time...decided to give them another chance, big mistake. It's early March and went to get Shamrock Shakes, upon ordering I was told they didn't have them because they ran out of the syrup...this is a seasonal item around for a short time...how can you not order enough? The Mifflintown, Pa location proves again why it is the worst McDonald's and should be avoided at all costs.

Stopped in for a bite to eat. Good food for McDonald. Appreciated the service and attitude when my order was goofed. I was eating my bacon QPC and realized it was missing the bacon. Not a big deal but I had paid for it. I told them about it and even tho I had already eaten it they offer to make me what I really ordered. And did so cheerfully and with a good attitude. I shared it with my children who had only gotten the kiddie meal and their comment was. This is really good!

We ordered a bunch of burgers and fries, at the drive through. I asked for a bunch of ketchup and 4 BBQ sauces. The window lady told the manager, who was standing right there, she rolled her eyes. Came back with 1 BBQ sauce and 3 ketchups. And they would not open the window back up. If you hate your job, go elsewhere!
Horrible! The fries and chicken nuggets were both old and cold. I threw the meal away.

Every time I come here order is messed up in some way, usually it's the drink; giving me a regular soda instead of a diet one. Whatever, I usually just dump it out and forget about it. But, having the tag attached to the sandwich wrapper requesting no shredded lettuce and having it covered in lettuce is a bummer. I don't know if it was intentional or not. Or worse yet that the employee legitimately can't read. Hope it gets better.
