Had to wait a few mins but the food was wonderful, people were friendly, the place was clean!

The employees take the order and move the from the “in progress” to the “now serving” to fool the corporate on how slow they actually are. They moved my order to “now serving” immediately and then I sat for 22 minutes until I had my food. The restaurant was empty and only 2 cars in the drive through both were told to park and wait. Unbelievably bad management.

I know it is McDonalds and i should not expect a lot but, getting orders right and giving out condiments are a struggle here. I travel every weekend and stop here on way home. Last few times have just been bad food, burnt burgers cold fries and food not prepared as ordered. I will be stopping somewhere else from now on.

Ordered a number 3, deluxe with mayo. My receipt showed that mayo and lettuce were supposed to be added but the lettuce was absent. I ordered a Dr pepper and got coke. Was in a rush and did not have the time to wait another TEN minutes for a new order. For this quality, I'll just go to the sheetz on the other side of the parking lot. Fries were acceptable and I got the BBQ sauce that I asked for.

On April 19th a sat around late afternoon between 4 and 430 my burger only had mustard on it no ketchup my mocha Frappe was too runny and the fries were nasty wrkers there wre not friendly at all

Haven't been to this location in a couple years due to the terrible service I received the last time...decided to give them another chance, big mistake. It's early March and went to get Shamrock Shakes, upon ordering I was told they didn't have them because they ran out of the syrup...this is a seasonal item around for a short time...how can you not order enough? The Mifflintown, Pa location proves again why it is the worst McDonald's and should be avoided at all costs.

Stopped in for a bite to eat. Good food for McDonald. Appreciated the service and attitude when my order was goofed. I was eating my bacon QPC and realized it was missing the bacon. Not a big deal but I had paid for it. I told them about it and even tho I had already eaten it they offer to make me what I really ordered. And did so cheerfully and with a good attitude. I shared it with my children who had only gotten the kiddie meal and their comment was. This is really good!
