The food is very good and service is excellent. The prices are very good. A friend told us about them now we go at least once a week. So many different choices and the specials. It's hard to decide.

I found this place on a quick Google search for Barbeque near Mifflintown. We rode out for a late lunch, and were very happy! They have a cool menu with some great, unique items. Go there and find out, you won't be disappointed!

Don't judge a book by its cover. This is a great locally owned business. The food was great, and we had a good conversation with the owner. I would suggest this place for some great food and atmosphere. They put a lot of work into the inside of this place. Thank you for a great experience. we will be back for sure.
We arrived after the lunch hour on a Saturday. There was no crowd and plenty of staff on hand. We were greeted warmly and picked a booth by the window.There is a decent variety on the menu but we chose the Smash Burgers, which were the special of the day and came with our choice of toppings.The food was amazing. The smokey and well seasoned beef was much more flavorful than I expected for a burger. Delicious!I also appreciated the atmosphere. There were a couple of small children playing quietly in the corner, everyone was friendly with one another, and the staff (including the owner / cook), came over a couple of times to make sure everything was to our liking. We were well taken care of in a very relaxed and "down home" setting.This place may not look like anything amazing on the outside but if you want an affordable and delicious meal don't pass this up. I'll definitely be going back anytime I'm in the area.Parking: Stone and dirt lot in front of the building. No parking lanes. Just find a spot and enjoy your stay.Kid-friendliness: There were some children of the employees or owner playing in the corner when we arrived. This place is certainly family friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: A wide stone parking lot leads to the door. There are no steps and plenty of room inside to accommodate a wheel chair.

Juicy burgers, wonderful pulled pork, and the meatloaf was delicious! The pickled eggs are made in-house and so good! Try a fry pie... yum!! The staff is also very friendly! We will definitely be back!
