One of the more disappointing BK experiences. The fries were cold, and for good measure they tossed in scraps of onion rings and what appeared to be the hash bowns. They were nice enough but they can't get full points for service for giving me left over food.
I got what the menu called a fiery chicken sandwich, but the fire never made an appearance.

I was getting a refill in my cup and the cashier yells “SIR” and I didn’t think anything of it because I wasn’t doing anything wrong but then he yells again “SIR” so I turn around and he’s talking to me. I’m already annoyed at this point because he is immediately yelling at me for no reason, well he then asks what I’m doing and I just pointed to my cup because I was confused what he wanted and he asks if I’m going to pay for the cup. Still confused I say “No?” because I’m refilling a bk cup I already paid for. So at this point I just ignore him because he’s yelling and trying to make me pay for something I already paid for, when I’m walking out he continues yelling so I walk over to him and try to explain I already paid for this cup and I can refill if I want according to their policy. He continues yelling at me that I need to pay for this cup and then proceeds to ring it up as a large when it was a medium. So not only is he trying to get me to pay for a cup I already paid for, he’s trying to overcharge me. I ended up dumping it out and walking out because I don’t have time for miserable employees who don’t know their own refill policy which basically every if not every fast food establishment has.

I stopped in there Friday 16th at 7:00 p.m. The gentleman that waited on me was upbeat and very polite. He knew his job. I was impressed. You could tell he wanted to be there. Keep an eye on that man because he's going places
If you don't yell, "Hey, who's going to help me?" No matter, they don't, they are relaxing and laughing, even seeing that someone is waiting for them to order the food,,,bad service. And the person who served did so with disgust, so much so that the next customer after me left angry!!!

They ignored me. I was the only man at the counter. They were helping others complete their meals and bag them at the far wall waiting area. A manager type man walking past said he'd be with me, but never retruned (however he was 6 feet from me in his cubby office hidden). About 5 minutes passed. The crew ignored me. I'm a career OTR Trucker Senior Citizen from Florida. I walked over to SUBWAY and got prompt service. Lunch.

Slogan should be "..you want FLIES with that?" Got my order in a fairly decent amount of time, it was correct, but then there was no place clean to sit and eat. I asked for something to clean a table off with and the girl behind the counter was kind enough to wipe the tables down, but there was trash, a LOT of trash, all over the floor. Then after seating myself at a table, I found myself fighting the flies to keep my burger!!!
