Excellent brunch! French Toast was outstanding! Drinks were great! Service was great! Definitely recommend sitting on the Fauchere's porch for brunch!
The food was incredible as always, The ambiance is perfect for a nice night out. I would always recommend this restaurant, especially when they have duck on the menu. It is absolutely delicious. Management was friendly and our server was attentive.
My girlfriend ordered off the specials and I ordered the pork off the main menu, both dishes were exceptional. The service was excellent and you can see a very positive tone and sense of camaraderie amongst the staff since Scott has been on site. I will go back, and encourage everyone to check it out if you are looking for an elevated experience.
Great hidden gem not to be missed when you're in Milford, PA - whether for dinner or just cocktails.
We love the innovative and fresh menu. Chris our server was wonderful. Roasted Oysters, yum!
Great dining experience. Duck entrée was well prepared and presented. I think the wine list could use a little kick up. Adequate as is, but maybe a bit of flair added. Bar Louis is basement level. I prefer some visibility of the outside. More personal than picky.
The VEGAN AU POIVRE entree was "out of this world". Never tasted such a dish. In addition to the professional/attentive service - a great experience.
There were 4 of us and we had 7pm reservations. We were seated around 7:10pm. Our table asked for tap water vs. the water in a bottle on the table at arrival. We were brought 4 glasses of warm water (no ice). I asked for 4 glasses of ice water and the server never took away the first glasses of warm water. When asking about wine the server said I don't drink, when asking about the beer on tap, I received the same reply. None of my business if they drink or not but would appreciate a knowledgeable staff person. We waited 45 minutes for appetizers (salad and two sides of crab) and did not get dinners until 8:40pm. Tables around us came and went, don't understand why it took so long to get our food. Don't know if it was our server not putting in our food or what. We had all ordered Delmonico steaks, one was cooked perfect and was thicker than the other 3 steaks which were thin and overcooked. Most likely will scratch this restaurant off our list. We were very disappointed with the service and food.
Been to this restaurant at least once a year for last 10 years and find it very hit or miss. This trip was a home run. From service to food quality I would highly recommend. We spoke with the new manager who is working hard to crate consistency and it seems to be working. I had the fish and my wife the duck, both were expertly prepared and delicious.
To start, I almost never leave a bad review because I am a sole proprietor and sensitive to business prosperity. However, some aspects of the experience were potentially a health hazard. Service was slow and the dishes all arrived at different times with substantial time in between. The steak tartare came out with a distinct brown coloration throughout meaning it was NOT fresh and unsure how long ago it was made and/or sat out!!! They also ran out of a fish dish and hamburger?! Who runs out of hamburger. We were so hopeful and so incredibly disappointed.

No hostess (on a Friday night); so waited quite a while with another couple to get seated as staff seemed to be missing in action. Out of 2 items my husband & I wanted to order. Entrees (duck & chicken) had a very heavy handed style; brown sauce seemed to prevail. Soup that I ordered for my appetizer was good, a corn soup of sorts with crumbled cornbread, bacon & blue cheese. The correct fork didn't come with the escargot so it was difficult to get the snails out. Bread that came with this would have been better if toasted. Wanted to charge dinner to room (as staying there). Staff said didn't know how.
Was looking forward to their sushi pizza for Father's Day dinner. We've been going for years but very disappointed this time. It tasted stale and our other dishes were not up to par. Appreciated that the waitress took it off the bill. Not sure I'll be coming back
My salad Nicoise had warm overdone sliced tuna steak, the eggs, green beans and small potatoes were refrigerator cold. The greens were nice and the dressing okay, but it was far from an entree size salad. My husband's duck was seriously overcooked.
We were the only customers that attended this dinner. It was very loud Classical music, a violinist, the acoustics of the room made it noisy not pleasant. The food was nothing exciting. The salad was pretty plain, dressing was weak and bland. The Soup was very good - a surprising combination. The steak was chewy with a very salty sauce. The Monk fish was very tasty and the sauce complimented it very well. The duck was over cooked and the cherry sauce on its own would have been great, but with the duck, not so much! The Brie with apple butter delicious! It should have been in the beginning not the end, and the tart was terrible - the crust was dry like flour and water and the raspberry filling was like someone mashed the berries and threw it together in that crust - the seeds should have been removed and a little sugar would have been nice. Out of the 7 courses, I would say 3 were very good and the other 4 were a fail. For $125.00. We will not be returning.
We had the burgers, which were excellent! We sat in Bob's section near the bar, and he was awesome as usual! Wouldn't be the same without him!
