We dined with friends we haven't connected with in 50 years. We had delicious food and service. We weren't rushed. The waiter/bartender let us chat away and was very patient in taking our order.it was a great dining experience with our friends.
Absolutely loved this place and will be back. My husband was in heaven with the Beatles music playing. The bartender was above par. We had the sushi pizza and it was delicious. The bar seats were so comfortable we didn't want to get up! Will be back.

This restaurant never fails to impress. We have been here four times over the past few years (only on the porch in the summer). The food is delicious, it has a lovely traditionally elegant but not stuffy ambiance. Shout out to charming server Faith, who provides the perfect amount of attentiveness.
The server was excellent. Very attentive and good with customers. We ordered Sushi Pizza that is avertised as have cavier, It was not real and was a bland fried rice patty with a little tuna on top.
For dinner myself and my 2 friends got the squid ink pasta. The Lingune was overcooked and not the right shape. The pasta had olives that added un-necessary saltiness to the dish. For homemade pasta it was not the right texture or shape.
If I could say anything, scrap the pasta dish and start with getting the pasta right. From there, you can do white wine, butter, shredded cheese and a dash of pasta water. For squid ink pasta youre better off doing regular homemade pasta that's good.
Not coming back and encourage anyone planning on coming to save your money for a real dining experience. For what claimed to be French food it was very lacking...

A hidden gem Milford. We typically sit at the bar and Bob the bartender takes great care of us.

What a wonderful hidden gem.
Came here with my Aunt and husband. Food was delicious and Bob went out of his way for us.
While our server, Sophia, was wonderful, the food was a disappointment, especially at the high price point. At least four entree dishes on the menu were unavailable or heavily modified. My salmon was mediocre and husband's steak was not only a different steak than what was on the menu (3 Oz less, lower quality cut, and no modification to the price) but was also overcooked and had to be sent back. Despite all of this, neither the manager nor the chef deigned to speak to our table.

Sophia’s service was fantastic. The food was not.
They ran out of half of their entrees; and replaced their steak with something made of plastic. My advice? Please just take the meat off the menu entirely, instead of serving some base sewer quality steak. Glue was the mains ingredient in this entree.
For dessert? My ice cream was served half melted. But maybe I am being too harsh…

Sadly, there was nothing memorable about this meal. The burger was bland and basic. The sushi pizza was oily and also bland. The wine was good. The space quite nice. And we did enjoy the French onion soup which was just the right amount of cheesy. But overall, it just didn't feel like the night out we had hoped for.
Food and drinks are excellent. Nice atmosphere-like being in manhattan. Only complaint is they didn't acknowledge our anniversary which I mentioned in the reservation. Last year we were served complimentary champagne for the occasion. Oh well. Would still go back.

The roasted Brussels sprouts were steamed or boiled and dressed with raw garlic. The chicken was good, but the presentation with 1 potato was bland and unimaginative. I can only assume there is no chef in the kitchen. Sad to see a lovely venue serving up disappointment for dinner.
We had a lovely evening starting at the bar, with a very friendly and engaging bartender. Excellent service at the table by Annalise. We started with oysters tht were very fresh and briny. Entrees were the salmon and the chicken. Portions were generous and perfectly prepared. We indulged for dessert...cant recall the name but a many thin layered cake. We chose a celebratory white wine to wash it all down.
We were looking forward to dinner here, but overall a so-so experience. Escargot and mussels apps were good. My salad nicoise—eh, I make it better. The chicken breast was going to be substituted w chicken thighs and the veggies were all changed as well, so my husband ended up getting a burger which he had to send back bc he requested med well and it was def med rare. Plus there was a loud family nearby, so all in all not a pleasurable evening other than a nice margarita and great frites.
Such a chic place to relax and have a good meal with a few drinks!

Cozy, warm and yet elegant atmosphere. The duck confit and the burger was really good. Such a gem in the cute Milford town. Bob, the bartender was so kind and friendly. Highly recommended retro inspired bar & restaurant. Loved the photos on the walls!
