The lady that I assume is the manager was rude to her employees while the place was packed telling him she will penalize him for making a mistake other then that the other employees were
The coffee is always made perfect however they don't wrap the food before putting it into the bag. I get bagels almost all the time and the past 3 times my bagels weren't wrapped and were just thrown into the bag!!! I'm also Servsafe certified so I know that's a HUGE no no. Food cannot come in contact with the utensils and butter packets also thrown into the bag, its called cross contamination and places get shut down for these minor errors that can make people...
