I loved going to the dairy bar and have gone frequently. It has come to my attention that recently they stopped having a large cone option which I would always order for $5.80, which was fine. The last few times I went I would ask for a large but wasn’t informed that large wasn’t an option until one day i ordered a large and someone behind me ordered a medium and noticed that they were the same exact size. I mentioned it to the worker who then informed me large was not an option and that the options are small or regular… I’ve gone to the dairy bar for years and have always been given a large option. So I have stopped going to the dairy bar and instead drive a little extra to Matamoras’s polar bear where they do have a large option that is cheaper ($5.20) and i know I’ll be getting my money’s worth. Honestly, my only issue is that they don’t have a large and the “regular” size isn’t worth the asking price.

The largest portion is so close to two sizes below it i don't know what the point of paying more is. I got two scoops which was somehow the largest size and got what looked like literally two ice cream scoops full of ice cream in a cup that was 50% air. Not great.

stopped there when we were in the area for vacation , what a delicious homemade farm fresh dairy icecream, The flavor options where so overwhelmingly amazing. So happy we stopped and enjoyed delicious icecream, Only thing was it was cash only… have to start taking debit/credit card !
