Easily the slowest subway I've ever been to. Not kidding when I say it took almost 20 min for 3 people ahead of me. Then when I ordered I had to tell the gentleman what I wanted (it was a combo number) twice cause he forgot. Had to stop him once due to the wrong sandwich being made. I gave him an extra star because at least he hooked up the sandwich .

I went in to order a footlong and made a line. There were people behind me and they were taken care of before I can even gave in my entire order. A lady came to start my sandwitch and left my bread on the counter and another employee went to make some other customer's sandwich with it. The lady left me to take care of someone else's sandwich who came after me and skipped everyone. The man behind me got asked what he wanted and they took care of him. I am serious look at your cameras 8-11-23 this happened at around 1:30pm and I was wearing white shirt with a gray under cami. Then a young man came took my order and left my half order without a word. It was a really bad experience. I was walked out. At least at Mcdonald's I was served and they were polite.

The girl who helped me today was so nice and sweet. I wish I knew her name but she had tattoos on her fingers and arms. She was so kind and helpful to my son and I and she went the extra mile. Everything was great, we ate in the place while I got an oil change. I wish I could describe her better without mentioning the tattoos. However, I hope management knows who I’m talking about because she was an angel ?. The sandwich and icee were great. Thank you for making our day!
The oven was broken, there was no whole wheat bread. I asked for oil and vinegar on my sandwich. By the time we got back to our motel room, the bread was too soggy to eat.

Went in yesterday 6/15/21 at 4:00pm. I was having an off day and was tired when I went in. The guy who made my sandwich asked the normal questions and I was taking a while to answer back. He never got frustrated with me (I would’ve been annoyed with me for sure lol) and actually had me try their new parmesan vin. on my sandwich and I’m really glad he did! Best Subway sub I have ever had! The young lady working with him the assistant manager was very friendly as well. I will drive further to this Subway from now on just because of the customer service, that’s really important to me. Angie L

He never got frustrated with me (I would’ve been annoyed with me for sure lol) and actually had me try their new parmesan vin. on my sandwich and I’m really glad he did!
