I ordered a bowl and the rice was completely undercooked. It was so hard. It’s like they never even cooked it. I left a negative Feedback and was called by the manager. I called him back and never heard from him. Very disappointed will never return.

This place is expensive and the portions are very small. Got flat soda and the fries have barely any cheese dust for 5 bucks. I have diarrhea for 4 days straight after eating here probably should go to the doctor. Someone clearly isn't practicing proper food safety

Very Slow Service. I’ve seen Dog Food better looking than what I got. The chicken burrito was dry and burnt. The nacho fries looked like someone puked on it. Drive thru woman was rude and inattentive. Bag I was given was all crumpled. I wasn’t even given napkins. Not worth the Money I paid for.

Quite possibly the slowest drive through I've ever experienced. Consistently wait at least ten minutes for food, even during slower times. Also, their microphone seems to be broken, orders need to be repeated several times to get them right, and then checked after receiving food to verify accuracy.

Always a long wait in line no matter how many cars are there, and the burritos are usually more bean then anything. Done with thus one. Edit. Been awhile since I came here so tried it again. Pretty sure I got over charged but the cashier just through away my receipt and I didn't want to hole up everyone else waiting in line but definitely still avoid this one

This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to and this is my second review about this place. The employees are usually younger and very rude, always have attitudes, always seem lazy and they purposefully make you wait online forever. I came here at 9:20 today and they forgot two things in my order so I tried going inside and the doors were locked… Ok fine. I then went on the drive-thru line and waited over 20 minutes on a line packed with other cars. Once we got to the speaker they told us they were only taking mobile or DoorDash orders… WHY? Because you couldn’t handle an huge line of people and are so understaffed? Ridiculous if you ask me. They were taking forever to take everyone’s order which in my opinion they do this on purpose. I’m ALL for employees taking their time because working in this business is definitely not an easy thing to do but remember that you are also dealing with real people and your supposed to have good etiquette and customer service even if it’s not some fancy upscale restaurant. These people turn their restaurant lights off to make it seem like they are closed while people are driving by and they are just so unprofessional. Please do better.

Paid for extra meat on all of my items and none of them came with extra meat and I think my Crunchwrap had less then normal in it and the women and the window was rude
