This taco bell is easily the worst taco bell in the world. I mean this statement with every fiber of my being when I tell you every time I order from this establishment they butcher my order. Every time whether I am ordering through the drive through, going inside to order or even doordash. Everytime something is missing, incorrectly made or simply NOT WHAT I ORDERED. As of today I came through the drive through to get a baja blast, “ we ran out of baja blast” alright, also no dr pepper, alright now I order my grilled cheese chicken burrito, After ordering, paying and receiving my order I even double checked before leaving to drive 15 minutes home, I received a cantina chicken burrito wrapped in the same wrapper my grilled cheese burrito should have been in. I can not stress how annoying and inconvenient and frustrating it is to believe you got what you PAID FOR only to go home to see you got exactly what you didn’t ask for. I hope these employees can receive the proper training and/ or receive better management as this location consistently has issues.

pulled up asked for a cheese quesadilla no chicken and a small nacho fry, the lady was taking forever about 10 minutes to click the buttons and when we pulled up to the window she was clearly intoxicated and slurring words and very VERY rude charging us for sauce i’ve got previously for free and when asked why she couldn’t fix our order she slammed the window.. dark skinned girl with blonde dyed hair.. look out for her u just might get spit in ur food.

The last time I went here was by far the best, I've had a few rough visits so I wanted to give it another go. I'm happy I did, I don't know if they got someone new in the drive through or if it was a manager or something but she was very thorough and double checked everything before giving me my order and asking me if I wanted sauce which I have never had happen. This was also the fastest drive through experience I have ever had. Usually it takes forever. I don't know why but it always takes so long inside and out. This time it was perfect.
First time in this particular Taco Bell. Service was a bit slow but very friendly and the quality of the food was excellent. Probably the best Taco Bell food I've had. Full tacos and neatly prepared. We had those big box meals. Very filling and we were two hungry guys. Great value for your dollar and this Taco Bell offered a great dining experience.

As a dasher I came to pick up an order. I found out after completing the delivery that it was missing a chalupa taco. The customer gave me a 2 star rating so I owe Taco Bell a 2 star rating.
Ordered tacos for me and my son. This was my sons first ever taco and let me tell you, it was a disappointment. I finally got my son to eat something other than a mcnugget and this is what gets served to us. We wont be back

Went to go use the bathroom and there was literal feces on the wall. I brought this up with the staff and instead of cleaning it the went to the back and complained. I get this was done by a customer (hopefully) and not the staff but as a paying customer I shouldn’t have to deal with that. Especially with my stale tasting Baja blast. The Baja blast used to be so good I am not sure what they changed but it is horrible now. Way over priced!! Yeah I understand inflation but you can’t also lower the quality of the food while raising prices. I will be driving further away now to get a better tasting Baja blast and a cleaner toilet to use after my meal.

I used to enjoy taco bell semi regularly but recent experiences have dissuaded me from going back. Every baja blast I’ve had tastes off compared to ones I’ve had from other franchises; haven’t had a good one at this location in months. At first I thought they were giving me zero sugar but I honestly think it has to do with their soda machines having an issue. The cheesy gordita crunch is my favorite item, but now that they have removed the cravings box from the menu I will no longer be ordering it; I’m not paying $6.30 for one taco when I used to be able to get that plus a burrito, potatoes, and a drink for $7. The build your own cravings box used to be my favorite fast food deal (and used to be $5) but now that its gone I don’t see myself ordering taco bell anymore, it just isn’t worth the cost.

This place is a disgrace to franchising.. food wrapping all over the floor trash bins over flowing. Had Mexican pizza the had no utensils fir the pizza they did not have napkins or large cups .. was offered toilet paper to use as napkins as paper towels were also out. This was 8/25 @ 7:00pm what a mess.
