It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review.,, But, EVERY TIME I go to this Taco Bell something goes wrong.In the past between waiting in the drive-thru for almost 45 minutes (which they gave us coupons for waiting), nasty/rude employees, & just food getting ridiculously messed up - I’m over it.This time, & this has happened before - ALMOST pretty much my ENTIRE order was screwed up. If you have picky children that you want to make sure are fed, DO NOT get food from here. 9/10 times they mess up EVERYTHING.Before I a had mess up at this Taco Bell, went inside, & the person at the counter had the nerve to pretty much tell me it’s my fault & refuse to fix the issue.Another time, they were going to fix the issue & I stood inside for almost 30 MINUTES waiting because they kept “forgetting” to have the back employees make the food… & kept helping others coming in while I stood there with my child waiting… patiently. When I brought up I was still waiting the girl at the register got nasty with me telling me “they’re working on it”, I continued to wait, & they still didn’t tell them to make it.I once had an employee there run their mouth about me in front of my face for coming in & saying I was missing something & got the wrong sauces.This is about the SIXTH time that tacos I ordered very specifically to be REGULAR & NOT supreme - came supreme. Leaving my child with no dinner after driving home almost 20 minutes away. To add - I was given things that I did not order & was missing things I did order… Which, again, this has happened multiple times leading to this review.The food we did get - all 4 hard tacos were literally broken into pieces & not inside the normal cardboard holder. Everything was everywhere.What REALLY turned me off was whomever I spoke to on the phone pretty much telling me my only options from my almost $40 order getting ROYALLY MESSED UP was to either - DRIVE BACK (with 2 kids, a newborn who’s hungry now, & another kid who now has no dinner & I have to drop off in less than an hour) for them to remake my same order & that I need to bring the messed up order (my question is why? They’re going to throw it out, literally wasting the food - which was my BIGGEST TURN OFF in this) OR them take my name & phone number & the next time I come they can remake the same order. THE SAME ORDER… Not just compensate me for what I sent, but make me the same order - THE ORDER THEY MESSED UP COMPLETELY.So… I can only be compensated for a messed up almost $40 order by them remaking food that we now don’t even want? &/or returning the wrong food for them to throw out? I want my money back. I just spent around $40 for food my child cannot even eat… & I’m the one expected to drive back to them almost 20 minutes away, with my 2 kids… to wait for our same order to be made?Taco Bell… you are literally one of my favorite fast food places & I eat at your restaurants often… but seriously at this specific Taco Bell, you need to purge all these people who consistently mess up peoples orders & are nasty to the customer… & if those are really the ONLY choices for compensation, yall need to really figure something else out because that’s extremely messed up. Make it make sense… & please have this location get their sh!t together because EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess up SOMETHING. Every. Single. Time.

Raggy employees won’t come take your order. They look at you from the back room and then look the other way. They refused to take orders or have any form of Customer Service. I’ve turned around and walked out disgusting place.

It’s a Taco Bell. The food is always pretty tasty. I went there today and the wait felt really long but the food was hot and cooked fresh so I guess it was worth it. I’m the kind of guy who gets the 12 pack of soft tacos and eats them all in one sitting like an animal.
Place looks really old and hasn’t been updated since 2000sUnderstaffed and the bathrooms both of them smell like something died my boyfriend told me his bathroom also smelt horrible

Food was eh...but the worst was the music, loud and depressing...sounded like dead people talking from their grave...up through a deep tunnel...I get the crew wants music, but that music is for the customers... trying to eat...

Stay away!! My husband and I visited this location on 1/2/24. We placed and order and upon receiving our order it was incorrect. We went back to the counter and the manager on duty stated the number of items are correct, I said yes the number of items may be correct but the orders are incorrect. The manager then stated that she had to go "REVIEW THE CAMERAS" I then stated I am not going to wait for my food to get cold when you review the cameras. A team member then handed us 2 tacos in a bag and we went back to our seats. Upon wrapping our 3 cheesy melts, the cheese was not even melted, it was shredded cheese wrapped up and when we unwrapped them the cheese went everywhere. We proceeded to eat the rest of the food and when we finished, we went back to the counter to inform the manager instead of worrying about reviewing, you should spend more time training your employees the cheesy rollup is the easiest item on the menu to make! She then yelled at the top of her lungs in front of her team that she does not have to be abused, and we can get out of her restaurant. Normally she stated she would offer to remake them but in this case she was not going to. If I were running a business I would be extremely concerned for the example and behavior that she displays in front of her team as well as other customers! Extremely unprofessional and not worth the $34 we were charged!!!

Worst Taco Bell ever! They take forever to take your order, and even longer to prepare it and get it to you. Then when it arrives, it is never what/how you ordered or well prepared. This place is always dirty in the dining area and bathrooms, and there are always people complaining about the food. Drive thru is even slower. Starving is a better alternative to this place. Avoid this!

Where do I startThe exterior is just old and filthyThe property looks terribleThe windows and doors are disgusting, and just walking in, you can tell it's dirty, not maintained. The girl at the counter was very nice. The food was not the best luke warm or room temperature. The floors were gross, and the countertops were filthy. There was a person sleeping at a table like it was a flop house. You can tell owners take 0 pride or have any decent management. The place smells like a dirty mop bucket.
