A customer with a disability was treated with disrespect because they entered the diner with their service dog. It is against the law for them to demand to see the dog's license and/or paperwork! The waitress was rude and told the customer they'd never be welcomed back! The customer has great memories of eating at this diner when they were young and would stop in with their parents on family outings. Now they're disappointed and feeling discouraged because of some waitress who is ignorant to laws pertaining to service dogs! Keep your crappy diner food, your competition will get my money and theirs as well!

Chrissy, Rosalia, and Maddie are all exceptionally kind and dedicated employees at this diner. I'm sure the rest of the wait staff is awesome too but I haven't met them yet. It's a wonderful location—quiet and ideal for a date or a pleasant lunch. The food is great, the cook always does a good job and pays attention to detail. The food is awesome! Never had a bad meal here in the 20+ years I've lived in the area. The dessert is also the best, I think it's homemade. Don't skip the trip to the village diner, you won't regret it!

This would be an exceptional spot if it weren’t for the older waitress, sitting around, constantly oppressing the rest of the wait staff. The food was outstanding but we felt uncomfortable for the remaining team members who were doing a wonderfully professional job. This is the third time we’re dined in this spot with the same experience.

We were staying next door, so we had dinner here that night, and then breakfast there the next day. The service was great, especially Maddie. The food was just okay. If you're staying nearby, this place is incredibly convenient, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

My daughter & I love this diner! We’ve been coming for a few weeks, trying to switch things up and this definitely our new “to go to place” for food out of all the establishments the town has to offer. We usually do breakfast for dinner, but they have such an extensive menu selection. This afternoon we had the potato leek soup which was absolutely delicious! Our server Brooke was such a sweetheart!
