From the moment we walked through the door of Bella Manse for our cake tasting, we knew we were in the right place. Renee just exudes a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe. It was imperative for us that our wedding cake taste fabulous; and Renee's cakes spoke for themselves. We chose lemon with blueberry filling AND chocolate with salted caramel filling; because they were so good, we could not choose just one! Renee guided us in choosing the best layer count and size according to our vision AND did not oversell our needs. Renee is an incredible baker! We met her at Drumore's food tasting, her cake was incredible and the extra bonus? All her recipes were her grandmother's! We LOVED that and the cake, so we booked our cake tasting that week! Every single cake we tasted was amazing, it made it hard to pick just a few! Then we had to re-plan our wedding-thanks to Covid, and Renee was more than understanding! We planned to push our bigger celebration to next year and have a smaller ceremony this year. Renee made an incredible cake for this year, and we cannot wait to have her repeat it for next year!
