Copper Hill Public House

I've been here a few times while visiting in the last year. Cute little place, great specials, the food is great. It has that local/regulars feel, which certainly has its place. My only reason for lower stars is mostly for the service. While they are nice enough, almost every time I've been there, the food is not coursed, it is likely that your main course will arrive with your appetizer. Other than that, the room is well laid out & everyone is pleasant.

This a nice pub at the Crossgates Golf Club in Millersville. The service was great for their only being one server for the entire restaurant that is a sit yourself place. The food portions are massive but also good quality. There is also a nice view of the golf course from the restaurant windows. I was also surprised at the affordability of the food.

Food good but I gotta let management know the front entrance looked pretty trashy. Stuff everywhere. It did make me think about the food. I’m a little picky about cleanliness. The waitress was awesome. I would suggest management clean it up and remember if I noticed the trash outside so did a lot of other people. It’s about keeping the business going.

We were a reservation party of ten and the service was outstanding. EVERYONE really enjoyed their food. Taste, presentation and proper preparation were all there. Two thumbs up ?

Was worried when husband and daughter suggested this place because it is a golf club bar but it was pretty nice. Overlooked the golf course, food was decent and we had a very nice time. I suspected it would be a bunch of golfers but there were other couples and families even at 3 pm on a Saturday. No complaints.

Very nice view and bright modern interior. The service was VERY slow. It took quite a long time to get drinks, then a while until we would place orders, then a very long wait for food. The cheese steak I ordered had nothing right about it. The roll was stale, I mean hard at the ends and not much better in the middle. The cheese was almost non existent, the meat was so overcooked it was dried out, the onions I asked for were absent, and the one half of the sandwich had 2 inches with no meat. I'm guessing they only put meat on the part of the roll that was edible? I "upgraded" to french fries, which were actually good but compared to others at the table, I got less than half of what they did...either they fell off onto the floor on the way to the table or these is no portion control in the kitchen. Others at the table were offering me some of their fries it was so obvious and making them uncomfortable. The fresh brewed tea was almost flavorless as if they used 2 tea bags per gallon. I have never seen tea that weak before. I will definitely not go back.
