My mom brought me two loaves of sourdough from this place, which is a couple of hours from me. I need to know the ingredients, particularly allergens, because my baby has food protein allergies that I can't eat while I'm nursing. When she bought them, they told her the ingredients were online. The ingredients list is not online unless you are ordering, and ordering is currently shut off. They also said she could email, but my mom emailed them on Saturday, and it's now EOB Monday with no reply. The bread is coming on 5 days old and will be going in the trash. I'm pretty sure it's legally required to list the 9 common allergens, but I see milk and egg in their breads with no allergy note. This doesn't give me confidence in their quality, even if I could eat the bread, which I can't!

First time here and sadly this Saturday morning I was a little late to the party. (Only open until 12 and I arrived at 11:00) Purchased their semolina bread and two cookies. Chocolate chip with sea salt. I ate a cookie and it was fabulous! I am sure by the way this bread smells it will be amazing too. I will come back next week and see what else I can get my hands on. Extremely friendly place as well.

In search of a good sourdough bread, I decided to visit Front Porch. Upon entering the doors, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They had a few other people come in while I was trying to decide what I wanted, and they seemed to know them by name so I figured they were regulars, which is always a good sign. They had a lovely display of items, which all looked wonderful. Aside from my bread loaf (which is delicious), I also got a pumpkin muffin and a kuchen. The muffin was great (I would’ve preferred a little more cream cheese filling but it was still good), and kuchen amazing. Highly recommend and will be back.

The sourdough baguette, rustic sourdough loaf, sweet potato loaf, biscotti, kunchen spelling??(we had peach) seasonal scones are all super delicious and I love that you can taste the quality and freshness! Everything I've tried is 5 star 🌟 We drive from Ephrata and it's well worth it! Some of the best sourdough that I've had. Even made a great grilled cheese with the sweet potato loaf! What a gem of a bakery to find!

What a treat. Fairly priced for seriously scrumptious pastries. I don’t even know what I ordered- it was a pastry with a peach filling and had a buttery crust and dusted with sugar. What a great way to spend a fall morning. The service was great too the woman at the counter explained what the pastry was and the man (I think owner) was so friendly at the cash register. Will be back!

You know what I love about Front Porch Bakery? Everything! I’d purchase their baked goods over and over if it was just the incredible bread. The bonus is the owners. Amazing community members and exceptional people. Today I am so grateful for the Ginger Cookies. A treat I savored this evening with some ice cold lemon cello. Try it and get some 100% rye while there.

This is *the* go to bakery in the area, we're here weekly and always have a spare loaf of their bread in our freezer. The attention to detail on visual presentation and seasonal/locally sourced/high quality ingredients make eating each of their breads and sweets an experience that is reliably outstanding. Not to mention that their customer service is above and beyond and they're just really good people. The lunch specials are top notch and it's nice to pick up a sandwich and salad while I grab or bread for the week. Thanks for being here, Front Porch, we love you dearly!

The owners are such a friendly couple! I have loved everything I have bought from them. The loaves are always moist with a good crunchy crust, and the pastries are so flakey and flavorful. I love that they only use the most local ingredients you can find <3
