First of all, Subway is terrible as is but the one thing that is appealing is if you have the app. You can get 40% off many footlongs but man this store hates when you do that. Don’t bother looking for the meat because they will give you a lettuce sandwich when you order a foot long that you got 40% off because of the app. New owners are not helping this spot at all. Please go to any other subway if you are looking for one.

I have been going to another Subway location for over 10 years. Upon my last visit, I had an order for 5 foot longs. I asked about Italian bread...they did not have it. Then I asked for the cheese bread...nope. They only had white bread. So I left. This was a blessing in disguise. I looked for another Subway nearby and came upon this location. The owner was working the counter and was friendly and professional. His food looked fresh and none of this vegetables were browned or wilted as was the case at the other location. Just one example of why this location rocks is that he does not chintz on the quantity of meats. I could actually see the thick layers of turkey he layered in my sub. When I got to our relatives house and showed them the side view of the sliced sub, they all exclaimed how much meat was on the sandwich. I went back two weeks later to make sure he did not just load up to impress me and hopefully keep me as a new customer. He made the subs just as he did the first time. I told him my family and I will be coming to his Subway only! Help this small business owner survive and succeed. He deserves your business.

One of the employees tried getting smart with me because I didn't show him my coupon before I made my sandwich. Also didn't even let me use the coupon because of that when no other subway gives me issues with my coupons whether I show them it first or not. Also ordered something that was not excluded from the coupon and still couldn't use it. Still payed out of decency but never coming again.

The pictures speak for themselves. If there's a coupon applied to the order they will not make your subs correctly. Awful. I will never go to this location again.
I had a really great experience today, i asked for a salad and the worker cut it up and put everything together beautifuly truly an amazing dish, ive been to other subways and they dont cut the lettuce and the sauce all over the dish, and never have plastic utensils, this subway is the best, thank you for your good serivce.

I got to this subway at least 3 times a week & it’s always a pleasant experience! Not only is it newly renovated with a beautiful modern finish, the entire staff are warm and welcoming! Thanks Subway see you soon:)
I’ve tried to order Online to this location, the website took my money, but my order was denied for some reason. When I showed up to pick up the order i asked what happened to my order and to try and get my refund but the manger blew me off like I wasn’t even there and acting very disrespectful It seems like management doesn’t know how to use the system
I visited this subway 3 weeks ago and ordered two footlongs for me and my husband and used a subway coupon which they accepted at the moment. I even clarified if they accepted or not. I then went again a week ago and got a similar sub I got last time. I shared that I had a coupon and they shared that they are no longer accepting coupons for chicken sandwiches. I shared that the coupon only states two exceptions. The guy that was there began to get annoyed and shared “we just decided as a franchise that we are no longer accepting subway coupons for chicken subs”. He then proceeded with an attitude to share that Subway has not updated their coupons in 5 years and that prices are up. I was frustrated because of how inconsistent this place is! If you’re not accepting coupons have a sign up and also don’t make up these rules because people decided to use the coupons that subway sends weekly. So I ended up paying 20 bucks for a foot long, a drink, and chips. Not even Jersey mikes is that much and subway often does not give you the amount that Jersey mikes does. Let me also not forget the condition of this subway. There are boxes blocking seating for customers, the place looks unkept, and they are giving you your subs in plastic bags that are not even subway bags. Please go to the subway by Giants on Columbia Ave or drive to Jersey Mikes. This subway is inconsistent and has rude employees that are probably the owners or family!

I recently visited the Subway location on Millerville, and unfortunately, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive;
The facility itself left a lot to be desired, too. Tables were visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the space didn't inspire confidence. It's one of those places where you hope they’re keeping the food prep areas cleaner than the dining space—but it’s hard to feel assured of that when the whole place looks unkempt.
Lastly, the portions felt noticeably skimpy, as if they were trying to cut corners on every ingredient. I've been to other Subways where they don’t hesitate to make a generous sandwich, but this location seemed to be focused on stretching their supplies rather than providing a quality meal.
If you're looking for a positive Subway experience, I'd recommend trying another location. This one just doesn’t live up to the brand’s standards.They also DONT TAKE COUPONS
