ordered a smoothie in line…typically there is a case to put online orders when they are done. When i got there i looked for my order. it was not in the case where it was supposed to be. Finally someone came over and asked if i was there to pick up an order…..she said it was ready and went over to a counter and got it…i would have never known that it was there….WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE PICKUP CASE???

to the women working at this location I don’t know if she’s a manager or just an employee but the way she talked to the young boy running around. UNACCEPTABLE!!! she was correcting him in front of customers sitting and enjoying there food. If you don’t know how to correct people appropriately and privately then you shouldn’t work in food service!!!!!

My son went in there to pick up our order at 11:53am 1/29/25. The person who made the flatbread sandwich down to the way the folding the paper around it so much care and just perfect. Love it give her a raise 😊.

Great place! We normally go to the west Lancaster location, and this one is just as good. Food and smoothies were on point, service was good, and it was clean. Great place and definitely recommend it. I love their island detox smoothie.

Absolutely love this Tropical Smoothie location! Jayla, Namayah, Tanya, Izzael and Sydney are amazing—super friendly and always provide excellent service. My smoothies and food orders are always fresh and delicious, and the team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend stopping by for a refreshing treat!

We ordered 2 chia bowls and 2 smoothies there were only a handful of people in the store at the time and we waited almost 25 minutes. Upon opening the chia bowls we realized there was barely anything in them. Every other tropical smoothie place Ive gone to has had their chia bowls filled and smoothies arrive promptly. Save your money and time and go to a different location
