Decent burgers
Talk about great burgers!! The size was perfect, price was right, and the service was good. Sizzling hot right off the grill. Burgers like burgers were supposed to be!! Highly recommend.

Experience was really bad this time. Chicken tenders were terrible and also got an attitude from the cook.
Although the food is good, waiting 45 minutes for burgers and fries because door dash orders come first is unacceptable. Wonât be back. Too many other good smash burgers in the area.
Charged me for food I never received. The franchise should shut this place down.
We waited forever! And then didnât receive all of our food. We specifically asked if we had our entire order. We were over charged by $40. Be very careful!
Waited 45 minutes for a burger and fries. Look, I know that places get busy on Friday nightâs working in the restaurant industry myself for many years so I cut some major slack. But having your customers wait 45 minutes at a fast food place for legitimately one of the easiest orders to make is insane. I donât know if itâs a staffing issue, or employee productivity issue, but I will likely not be returning. You could go to Chiliâs and get your food faster than this place.
Absolutely ridiculous. While the food was good. We ordered food at 4:40. Website said 17 minutes. I arrived at 5pm for a 5:01 pick up was told it wasnât ready yet. We asked and were told ours was next at like 5:35. Our order was finally done at 5:46 or so we thought. The order handed wasnât ours. They found our son bag on the back counter. Needless to say our food wasnât hot.

The music in this place is ridiculously loud and 120+ beats per minute. Not a good place to grab a breather from your day. Men's restroom is in need of repairs. Burger ingredients were fresh but the flavor was extremely bland. Beef is not seasoned.
Only real positive was the staff was friendly. Everything else kind of sucked.
I ordered delivery. I got a cold (and latter discovered, RANCID) burger that played havoc with my gastrointestinal track for the remainder of the day. Literally been singing from both ends all evening, producing gaseous anomalies toxic enough to strip paint.
UPDATE, per request: This was ordered via Doordash from your Millersville location. I got my money back through them, as well as discount credits toward future orders (which will be made elsewhere). Having worked in the Restaurant and Hospitality business half my life, I know what goes in a kitchen. I would suggest checking the inventory in your walk-in more frequently, and maybe reviewing your staff choices.
Yesterday was our first time at Way Back Burger. The first experience we had was very concerning. We had a coupon to use at the restaurant and while trying to use it â a very young polite kid at the register respectfully asked the person cooking if she could help him put the coupon in. She rolled her eyes at him, looked at the screen and said âwe donât do it like that you need to it this wayââ and aggressively did it herself. The boy then said oh okay thanks so much where she then didnât respond and walked away. Employee respect should be at top priority for a restaurant like this and the lack of respect is something that was not prioritized.
Not our first time eating here but it will most certainly be our last! Put an order in for a cheese burger plain, burger was served with all the condiments, took it to the counter and they stated it wasn't ordered plain and they couldn't do anything about it which is ridiculous!!! Then ordered an extra thing of cheese fries right after initial order was placed at about 40 mins of waiting went up to the counter was told they had no idea how much longer, at this point we were done eating and ready to leave.. went to cancel order then it was ready. 50 mins in total for a SIMPLE order of fries!! Terrible customer service not even an apology for the wait for the fries!!
