Absolutely delightful! Literally a hidden gem, we drove right past it. Quality of food was incredible and the portions were MORE than we paid for. Please do yourself the favor and get the homemade soda, I will be dreaming about the mango soda!

A busy place--don't know how the staff can keep up! We ordered different items and shared a late lunch along the AlleghenyR. . Enjoyed every bite of the sandwiches and the sides. Plenty of food left-over for a future snack.The turkey confit was quite messy; get some extra napkins.

Unreal flavors. Do yourself a favor and get the full meal: sandwich, side, and soda. Cute little patio out back. BYOB. No restroom, so plan for that. Absolutely incredible and will be back again.

We got 3 sides (carrots, veggies, chickpeas) , a sandwhich (mushroom) , a toast (pumpkin) , and a cold brew and a rice crispy (lemon poppy) . everything was really really delicious

This might actually be the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread is immaculate, the cheese fresh and delicious. Their house sodas are amazing.

Fresh ingredients and tasty flavors! We called ahead and sandwiches were ready in just twenty minutes. We also added a mango pineapple soda to our order when we got there, which was awesome. Sandwiches were fabulous except the bread may have been toasted too long. It hurt a bit to eat. Pickle on side was mushy and extremely garlicky. I’m not sure I’d have that again, but looking forward to our next visit! This is definitely a gem in Millvale.
The vegan sweet potato sandwich was so good!! And recommend the in house made sodas. Parking was easy, but if it’s a nice day do yourself a favor and eat in their back outside patio and not in your car (like I did) because it can get a tad messy!

I could slap myself for living in Millvale for a whole year before trying this gem. Duncan Street Sandwich Shop is always a great experience and everything we've tried has been excellent. The BBQ sweet potato, toasted cheese, Nashville hot turkey, all the sides, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Keep an eye on their rotating homemade sodas too, they're just sweet enough with unique flavor combinations.
