It was cool to see this place transform from Howard's Pub to Harold's Haunt. The small little changes are great and made the space feel very inclusive. They have a small beer selection with some good choices. There are also rotating cocktail and mocktail menus. There's an outdoor patio in the back that's nice. The food menu is on the smaller side but had some nice choices; the five dollar grill cheese got the job done when we needed to refuel. Good spot to stop at before or after a show at Mr.Smalls.

Millvale's local They bar. This is the same location of Lemon Tree PGH where you can find a good cup of Joe and perhaps a conversation with a new friend. Coffee shop in the morning and bar in the evening, I love this place.

Harold's Haunt is an extremely welcoming and fun bar that almost always seems to have an event of some kind happening. The prices are a little high, but if you stick to their specialty/seasonal drinks you won't be disappointed! I feel as though in under a year Harold's has become another Millvale institution.

This is my favorite bar in the Pittsburgh area because of the amazing non-alcoholic drinks, friendly eclectic crowd, and overall vibe.

Playful and welcoming bar. We had fun here and enjoyed the creative cocktails. It's a unique place and I would encourage you to try it.The bartender welcomed us immediately and helped us make decisions about the drink menu.Parking is on-street, but it was easy to find a spot. The decor is imaginative. They were playing some cool movies with the sound off.

I really wanted to like this place, it's everything I want in a hang spot on paper, however, a few things led to me being let down. The drinks were a bit all over the place with too many ingredients that weren't being used thoughtfully. The first one I received had a bitter sharpness upfront that fell away to a vaguely sweet tartness which were the only notes in a drink that was so diluted with soda it felt hollow, while the other rotating cocktail I had was like 50% aquafaba foam and off the shelf fruit puree which is not something I was expecting to see being used at a craft cocktail joint. I'm sad to say but these drinks felt like something I could get in a random bar in the South Side. While you can tell this is a spot that focuses on community inclusivity, I didn't really feel any sort of gravitational pull or warmth from the ambience. The lighting is so stark with little design sense, none of the tables or seats at the bar had any sense of intimacy. There are dive bars in pgh with more character. It was just a disappointment.Would love to come back at some point in the future with some of these issues rectified, at which point I'd change my review, but unfortunately at the moment I will be going elsewhere to enjoy a cocktail.

Cool and open bar with a patio but it looked so dull on a Friday evening. Drinks were some of the best which make me wonder why there aren't more people here.

This is a great little place! The mocktails (Sonic Screwdriver and Monkey D. Luffy) were absolutely delicious and the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were amazing! Athena and Jasper are awesome, friendly owners. I'd be happy to return.
