This is a French Breton which is a shortbread. Well-balanced in flavor, texture smooth. Everything from here is great like this croissants are phenomenal I'm pretty much everything else

Actually the best bakery in the world. I have been all over France and Jean-Marc's quality is on par if not better than all pastries I had in France.
