Have bin to this Arby's a number of times. For a truck stop fast food place, there should not be 10 plus people waiting for their food

I orderd fish sandwich....first I was waiting to long,although they didn't have customers. And got my sandwich latter i unwrapped sandwich and there was no fish in that sandwich only cheese and mayo and tomatoes

The last 2 times I’d been to this location have taken nothing less than 20 minutes spent in the drive thru. This evening 20 minutes, with 2 cars ahead of me, I spent at the speaker. Once the cars emptied the window area I pulled forward and wasn’t acknowledged when I got to the window, so I left. 2 vehicles behind me also pulled off. Absolutely. Ridiculous.

The Arby’s crew here are super friendly and made sure I got the best deal for my order. Definitely some of the best service I’ve had at a rest stop!

Employees always wear their headsets and aprons to the bathroom. Employees are like 16 and smoke substances outside and the managers well aware of it. Unsanitary and unprofessional they need a whole factory reset on the staff.

Placed a mobile order and received and call from Brian, GM, stating because of the holiday they were out of some items that were ordered. We came into the restaurant to make changes to our order and Brian made everything right. What a great guy with great customer service. Will be stopping again! Thanks Brian!

Wouldn't know how to rate the food, as we waited for half an hour for our food, which we saw sitting nearly complete on the shelf, for 15 minutes. Got sick of waiting so got a refund and left. And we weren't the only ones getting refunded and leaving. Wish I could leave zero stars for everything!
