When Lenny told me that they didn't have the lava crunch cakes I was upset. But when I was told they substitute the brownies I was very happy. The brownies weren't listed on the website.

Well our delivery driver was extremely polite and friendly but the pizza itself was a waste of money it took over an hour to receive the order (given the driver said it was busy he delivered 30 pizzas to the location next to mine so im willing to overlook that issue) but the “hand tossed” pizza was tissue paper thin …very disappointing and total waste of time and money

Didn't get to eat any food. The guy at the store denied the delivery just because it might take an additional 5 minutes due to construct on industrial park rd. Very unprofessional. I told him I just used that road, but it's not busy, but he denied the service. Lazy people here

Nice place and great pizzas. Aswell great quality controll. They forgot first to put on extra ad ons but realized it by themself - mistakes happen. Managed professionally. Additionally they also didnt waste the wrong pizzas: we could habe them for free. So they also take it seriously, not to waste any food. Pizzas were also delicious. Vielen Dank from Germany.
I have never seen such unevely cut pizza in my life. They think extra cheese means skimp out and light sauce means load it on. Most incompetent restaurant staff I've ever encountered.

Ordered online and it said 24 mins. Got there in time and person was rude saying he's been at it for 6 hrs and they didn't start carry out orders yet. Sat there for over a half hr, now an hr after I ordered and over heard that someone had to go to another store for the pan dough but the other employees didn't have the curtesy to just tell me then had to run for more pan pizza. I would of been more understanding why it was taking so long, instead they just left me sit there twiddling my thumbs. Very disappointed on their communications skills and treatment to customers.

Usually LOVE this location but my driver recently was extremely rude and hostile. Upon delivery of my food, I had said “Thank you so much man!” And the driver Jericho got extremely upset, started cursing me out, saying “she is a trans gender female!” I did not know this and I apologized and said I’m so sorry I didn’t mean it in that way, I even tried to give a larger tip for the mix up. She declined the tip, and refused to give me my food saying “I was doing a hate crime”
I don’t know what was going on with her but this was outrageous.
