Table ordered which is always slow I've found at McDonald's seems like the Drive through is the most important...fries were warm not hot and my chicken wrap had a tiny piece of chicken in it...then u ordered a pumpkin pie and ten minutes later I had to walk to the counter to get it...there it sat in a bag...lady delivering it was nice...first time I ever ate there and probably won't go back...

I am so done with this location. Service is a complete joke. I’m used to slow service and orders being wrong. Sunday, I ordered dinner thru the app, and had selected curb side pickup. We checked in at 8pm, 8:30 we were still sitting there. Tired of waiting I pulled out and went to the drive thru and asked about my order. “Oh, we have it right here” was the answer I received. I got to the window and this blond girl hands me my bags, they’re ice cold of course, so I complained to her about being served cold food and she answered with “I’m sorry” and a shrug of her shoulders. So I’m stuck with cold food, get it home, and I’m missing items as well. I’m tired of their incompetence and obviously the owners don’t care or they’d fix it.

Waited at the counter for 10 mins for service just to order! Even after ordering we waited another 15 mins just for our food to finally find out it was just for 1 med fry which now we had to wait for more to be made (mind you at this point all the previous ones were put through drive thru which wasnt all that busy) during all this the entire back staff including the manager at the time were all goofing around and acting n talkin like children not even working like they should have been more worried about who was taking home blueberry pies.... we finally get our food, get home (which we live 15 mins away) my husband's sandwich he ordered , he specifically asked for no cheese, he even asked her read it back and said to please make sure no cheese, as u guys always forget and put it on) surprise its on the burger an, our food is basically cold cause the whole time we were waiting our food sat there waiting for the fry that they kept handing out or well, they forgot about our food and pushed it aside.... again they were all to worried about their own little lives and drama instead of the customers...... ridiculous!

This McDonald's is literally the worst one that I've ever been in. People were even telling me horrific stories about this McDonald's after I was there and saying how dirty it is, sloppy and horrible the food is and even that the owner is very abusive towards his employees. So I'm not going to give it a higher rating than ome star honestly. There's other McDonald's that are far superior and have way higher standards and I recommend going to one that is owned and operated by McDonald's or a different owner than who owns the ones that includes the Milton McDonald's that he owns of Jason Rippon the owner. I'm not trying to lie at all or persuade anyone how I mean such as you are free to review it and hear or read others reviews to and I've heard a lot of negativity towards his McDonald's stores including that people will not go to his stores and will drive out of the area to go to a McDonald's that is owned by other owners and that they love the McDonald's that is owned by the other owner as the employees are some of the best and care about the customers. So I recommend McDonald's how I mean, but not necessarily the Milton one or any other one owned by Jason Rippon.

This was horrible. There was no Eminem's in my eminem. Mcflurry, my brother got five nuggets in his six piece mcnugget, and my dad's milkshake was straight water

I would give this place less than one star if I could. Since it’s pretty much the only place in town I do go back. Have been repeatedly pulled over after waiting line for other people to get their food and each time they don’t bring out food after 10-15 minutes and I have to go inside. Then I’m told they forgot to make it. In the meantime door dashers with multiple bags continue to carry out food while cars are parked. Horrible customer service.

There were 3 undercooked burgers and missed a container of fries. Food was cold when received. Asked to bring back uncooked food after already received food and brought home.

Ordered for the first time on their app and both my girls burgers were pink in the middle, the food was cold. And when we called to make them aware, they were very rude and wanted us to bring the food back that we had already thrown in the trash. Never will go back!!
