These folks were AWESOME! The menu has a great selection, the food is fantastic, and they were very accommodating for everything we needed. They were on site serving, set up, broke down, cleaned up, boxed the very few leftovers we had, and took care of each and every one of our guests. I don’t know how you ask for anything more than what they did. If we are asked for catering recommendations for our hall they will absolutely be at the top of the list.

Rob and his staff are amazing! The food is fantastic! They are professional, punctual, and well organized! I highly recommend checking them out for your next event!

Chef Rob and Danille are just fantastic humans in every way! We could not have asked for a better catering team!! I was looking at a bridal expo vendor list and saw their name and knew I wanted to talk with them (I love flamingos)! Thier food was delicious, and they were so easy to talk to and schedule a tasting. My husband and I were looking forward to trying a lot of food during the planning phases, but Flamingo Legs was our first and only tasting because we loved the food so much and couldn't stop thinking about it! Also, Chef Rob and Danielle were extremely helpful, accommodating, and fun to talk with! We could not have asked for a better team! Throughout the planning process and the day of, they were extremely attentive and helpful and helped cover so many different aspects that I wasn't expecting! We had so many compliments on the food the day of and weeks afterwards. We also still can't get over their food and will have to continue to get more in the future. Highly recommend!!!!

Flamingo Legs Catering truly exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. From the moment my husband and I sat down with Chef Rob for our tasting, we knew we had found something special. It didn’t take long for us to decide they would be our wedding caterer—and we’re so grateful we made that choice! For cocktail hour, we served the charcuterie board and meatballs—both beautifully presented and absolutely delicious (I was lucky to sneak in a few bites between photos!). Dinner was equally impressive. We chose the chicken caprese and pork loin with apple topping as our entrees, accompanied by green beans with onions and bacon, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, fresh rolls, and plated salads. Flamingo Legs brought their food truck, ensuring everything was served hot and fresh. Guests are still raving about the food—especially the mashed potatoes, which were a definite crowd favorite! My husband and I were able to try a little bit of everything, and we genuinely loved each dish. We had one guest with dietary restrictions, and the team was more than happy to accommodate. They made it clear that they'd gladly do the same for any additional guests if needed. We also had them handle our cookie table setup, and Danielle (Chef Rob’s wife) went above and beyond—her attention to detail made it more beautiful than I ever imagined. Throughout the entire planning process, Chef Rob and Danielle were a dream to work with. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing with them. They communicated clearly, were incredibly responsive, flexible, transparent with pricing, and always professional and kind. We can’t say enough amazing things about Flamingo Legs and owners Rob and Danielle! From the moment we met them, we knew we were in great hands. They were warm, professional, and genuinely excited to help us create the perfect menu for our big day. The food was hands down incredible — our guests are still raving about the spinach dip with pita chips and the tender, flavorful beef tips. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and served with care.

I would 100% recommend Flamingo Legs Catering to anyone! We had them cater my bridal shower and they were AMAZING! The theme was “She’s Off the Market” and they did everything to make that come across in the food and table scapes. The food was outstanding and beautifully decorated. Rob and Danielle were great to work with as well! They were easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and very helpful. On multiple occasions they provided suggestions and sent options to us so they could make sure our vision was coming to life. They are amazing at what they do and I can’t recommend them enough!

The food is incredible; the communication is fantastic, and the hall was perfect. Everyone at the party was very happy with everything. The only problem is the lack of parking. We managed, but it was a little frustrating. I will only use Flamingo Legs catering from now on.

My family and I just got finished enjoying your Easter dinner package and it was amazing. Everything tasted great and there were still some left overs (except for the chicken, I snagged the extra of that it was so good) a great value with the mix of things we got and it all tasted really really beyond good.
