I wasn't too impressed with this Giant Eagle location. I'm not sure what this used to be before Giant Eagle took over, but they should probably redesign how the entrance works. I parked on the one side of the lot and didn't know that the entrance to the store was basically on the other side of the lot. I agree with one of the reviews that the employees seem indifferent and unhappy. Maybe their wages should be raised for better customer service.I have also had problems with them being disrespectful towards me and all I want to do is go into the store and have the best shopping experience possible. Matter of a fact, I personally havent shopped there in several years because of my negative experience there.My partner does the shopping there now. I went in to get a cake for my nephew, and the woman at the bakery went above and beyond. She wrote so beautifully on the cake, asked me questions about him and decorated with a graduation cap and diploma. It was very thoughtful and nice to do since I asked without ordering beforehand. I recommend!
