On Memorial Day, I called and ordered a pizza and wings since I had company who had kids… I asked for a delivery and the girl on the phone said about 45 minutes to an hour wait, which was completely okay. She sounded inconvenienced by my call and had an attitude with me and I could barely finish a single sentence without being cut off. An hour later, we still had never gotten our order. We called them and no one answers the phone since they had closed down. Can’t even reach anybody to tell them we never got our food. Very disappointed since I now have hungry kids and no food.

I bought pizza here tonight while visiting my mother in law in the hospital and let me tell you I was so surprised!!! This was one of the best tasting pizzas I’ve had in a long time! The crust was amazing and toppings were plentiful! I’m too far away to get this pizza on a regular but I will when I visit the hospital! And prices were really good!

Food was edible, unimpressive, a bit chewy. Service was good and efficient. Atmosphere unrated because it was takeout. With how many pizza places are in Mon City, there's not much reason to choose this one.

We ended up throwing away the pizza after trying to salvage it. Half of the bottom was burnt, the top was under done, we paid for toppings we didn't get and the male employee (maybe the manager?) was unprofessional and unpleasant. We used to like the place, but it has gone down hill.

I dont normally write many reviews but i feel like I have to. I order some pizza,a sub and breadsticks on 9/9/24. Anyone the girl that took the order super nice and customer service was great. I get my food and not only was my sub made wrong, but i never received the breadsticks. Anyway after working 14 hrs i was fuming. I called back the guy I talked to was very nice, respectful , apologized made it right by refunding part of my order and remaking it. I chalked it up to miscommunication because thats what very well could of been the issue, maybe on my side and or the girl didnt listen, whatever mistakes happen not the end of the world. I get my food and it was great. Anyway I decided to order again on 9/10/24. I order online to pick up and the pickup time said 25 mins, and by the time I got there it was 30-35 mins, so right on time. I walk in and tell them im here to pick up an online order and the girl says another 20 mins or so. Im like wait, it said 25 mins online and im here 10 mins late and youre telling me another 20 mins? I wasnt nasty, or rude i was just confused. anyway the guy making the pizza dough chimed in, "different guy than on the previous night" anyway he chimed in and in a nasty rude voice " umm sorry we got busy you heard her it will be another 20 mins" Then I replied more stern and said well it didnt say that online and it isnt my issue you got busy, you should probably fix that so customers arent waiting extra time when its going to be wrong and cause more of an issue especially if its 20 mins. I can see 5 mins but I was already 10 mins late picking it up. Anyway he replied back with " not my problem? and rolled his eyes like a 5 year old. I then looked at him and said I seen your little eye roll and I didnt appreciate it, he lied to my face about it, and said umm no i didnt like im going to make that crap up. I then basically was about to cause an issue because i will not be blantanly disrespected like that, i called him a dbag and sat down hoping now for more confrontation, yes i know wrong of me but he pushed me to that point. he got quiet and I waited and got my food and left, nothing wrong with my order but the guy was a complete unprofessional worker and i will probably never go there again, my wifes business orders ALOT from there and my business was beginning to but no longer will i or her business order from there. You probably wont read this but hopefully that worker gets fired!!!

This place has become our go-to spot, especially with their fantastic anyday, anytime lunch specials. I often take my kid, and it’s perfect because they offer great options that keep both of us happy. The portions are generous, the pizza is always hot and fresh, and the deals make it super affordable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

The Monongahela location still has the good marinated mushrooms which are delicious! I called placed an order for a mushroom pizza and two slices of white pizza. It was ready ahead of time and the employees were very friendly.
Parking: It is on street parking but I can usually find a spot close to their shop unless there is a community event going on.

Good has gone down hill ! Not sure if it’s new ownership or cooks but it’s not the same. The staff used to be so friendly ! I would not recommend!
