When entering we were greeted by the owner who is probably one of the friendliest, kindest humans I've ever met and he's hilarious and so easy to talk to! We ordered the spring rolls, egg rolls, beef pho and bun tnit tong(I think that's how it's spelled) and everything was absolutely incredible and some of the best Vietnamese food I've ever eaten in the area. It's very authentic and true to Vietnamese culture. My 1 year old was even impressed by everything, she tore her little bowl of pho up! Also, the portions are out of this world and for a great price! 20/10, highly recommend to anyone who loves Vietnamese cuisine or is interested in trying something new!

The food here is true to its Vietnamese roots. We got an opportunity to meet the owner and enjoy a meal at Pho Valley. The Pho Soup and House Fried Rice was excellent and very flavorful. I am so glad we tried this place, it's nice to have a family owned restaurant in the area that is focused on quality.

Pho Valley is the best Vietnamese food in Western Pennsylvania and some of the best food period. A few must-try dishes are the Pork Bahn Mi Sandwich, Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls and of course, the Pho. First time eating at the location. We were kindly met by the owner once inside and we got seated. Order was taken and food arrived in a timely manner. I'm no Pho connoisseur but this was very good. The summer rolls were also on point. I will be back when im in town visiting family. Highly recommend.
It is true. This place serves the BEST PHO and chicken. The Owner of the restaurant is extremely knowledgeable about the QUALITY and taste of the dishes. Also, the restaurant has a very friendly atmosphere. The plants in the restaurant are luscious. YOU HAVE TO COME SEE THEM. My brother and his girlfriend took us to this place.

I stop by here every time I go to visit my mom at the care center. Definitely order the large and well-presented fresh spring rolls. The Pho soup is very good with an excellent broth. We were able to sit outside with my dog and overlook a beautiful tree line :-)

Wow!! The absolute best Pho I've ever had. And I've had quite a bit of Pho over the years on the west coast. I discovered this hidden little gem nestled along the road in Monongahela while driving through one day. My husband and I finally gave it a try today and we were absolutely blown away! The owner, Duong was our server and what a super nice and interesting man. He told us all about his life in Vietnam and how he and his wife ended up in the area. He explained every dish to us and how the flavors were developed. Not only was the Pho broth spot on and delicious, the fresh spring rolls were amazing. My husband got the egg rolls and chicken wings. He said both were the best he's ever had. I cannot wait to come back!
