I stop by here every time I go to visit my mom at the care center. Definitely order the large and well-presented fresh spring rolls. The Pho soup is very good with an excellent broth. We were able to sit outside with my dog and overlook a beautiful tree line :-)

They were short handed today but you could barely tell. The employees busted their bums to do their best to keep up along with a smile on their face. These days that says something people. Try this place out. I believe you will be happy with the food, service and atmosphere!!!!!

Wow!! The absolute best Pho I've ever had. And I've had quite a bit of Pho over the years on the west coast. I discovered this hidden little gem nestled along the road in Monongahela while driving through one day. My husband and I finally gave it a try today and we were absolutely blown away! The owner, Duong was our server and what a super nice and interesting man. He told us all about his life in Vietnam and how he and his wife ended up in the area. He explained every dish to us and how the flavors were developed. Not only was the Pho broth spot on and delicious, the fresh spring rolls were amazing. My husband got the egg rolls and chicken wings. He said both were the best he's ever had. I cannot wait to come back!

First time eating here and we thought the food was delicious!! The owner is very friendly and helpful, and passionate about his food. The portions are very generous; we had spring rolls, chicken wings, and bún thịt nướng. The coffee is authentic Vietnamese coffee and was very flavorful. We have definitely found a new favorite restaurant!

Absolutely essential eating. Heart and stomach nourishing. I got the chicken wings and shrimp fried rice, and had plenty left to take home. A restaurant like this is a reminder of why I don't exclusively cook at home.

I stopped in at Pho Valley Vietnamese Restaurant tonight for dinner. The owner is originally from Vietnam, so the food is genuine.
The Bun Thit Nuang, which is beef, shrimp, and noodles, mixed with lettuce and a special sauce, was delicious and filling! I took half home for dinner tomorrow.
If you're near Monongahela, stop in at Pho Valley!

If you’re looking for a wholesome, home cooked meal… this is the place. The fried chicken wings remind me of my grandmothers. No high calorie artificial sauces, just tremendous flavor and garlic aroma. Best chicken wings I’ve ever had from any restaurant! The fried rice with eggs is always delicious. Fresh and clean tasting. And the Thai Tea, first time I tried it was at this restaurant; I’ve been addicted ever since. The customer service is personal and the owners treat you like family. They always spoil my kid when he comes in. Very generous and humble family. Thankful I found this place! There’s no other restaurant around.
